Q:   Is the BTech Mechanical Engineering syllabus the same for all colleges?
    A:

The BTech Mechanical Engineering syllabus is not the same across all colleges, as every college committee sets a particular coursework pattern at the start of every academic year to be followed for the respective batch. The syllabus includes some core subjects, interesting electives, and lab work that gives detailed knowledge to the students about the workings of the field.

Q:   Is the BTech CSE syllabus the same across all colleges?
    A:

The BTech CSE syllabus differs on the basis of the college offering the course. Every college follows a particular coursework pattern set by the college committee. Though the subjects might vary, the overall conceptual framework is more or less similar for students to get hold of the important concepts of the CSE field.

The syllabus includes core subjects, elective subject choices, practical lab work, workshops, and a final year research project.

Q:   What is covered in Machine Design subject in B.Tech course?
    A:

Dear candidate, the subject of Machine Design basically teaches you about the designing fundamentals of various types of machinery across industries. You get to learn about the different ways in which elements can be combined to form an equipment or machine system and get the work done in an effective manner.

The knowledge of this subject is very important for a mechanical engineer as he/she will have to put this to use in the future whenever they enter the workforce as a mechanical engineering professional.

Hope this cleared your doubt. Have a good day.

Average college outside the city, pollution, and between nature.
Placements: The average package is approximately 6 LPA. Last year's highest package was 20 LPA. Best college in comparison to other colleges in Sikar City.
Infrastructure: Good hostel facility with proper drainage and water system. This college comes under BTU( Bikaner Technical University).
Faculty: The faculty is good. The curriculum is also good you have 6 lectures, of which one lecture is always sports, but on Wednesday and Friday, you will get two sports periods. Exams are average, the questions are very easy, and all questions are repeated from the previous year's papers. The course is designed well, but for Computer Science students, there is no language in the first year. The rest is best in comparison to other colleges in the city.

Do not come to this college.
Placements: Only a few companies account for 90 percent of sales. Almost all students can sit in placement, and also zero placement support from the faculty of the college. Only 2 or 3 good companies are coming to the college, and the average package offered is 5 LPA, which is also the highest.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi speed is average of 20 Mbps. The computer lab is excellent almost all pc are new. The canteen and mess food are also okay not that good. There is also no good opportunity in the sports field. The college environment is also not good. Classroom does not have smart boards.
Faculty: Curriculum is easy to pass the exam. Semester exams are average in difficulty. Teachers are helpful. There is a strict 75 percent attendance policy and the improvement fees are also high. Around 500 and semester exam fests are 2200 and back fees are around 900 for one subject.
Other: Few fest and also not good. Everything is average and below average.

Overall relentlessly intolerable college and staff .
Placements: About 10 percent of students were placed last year in my college. The highest package offered is about 4–5 LPA maximum, and the lowest is about 2 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS and local startups from Jaipur, etc. About 10–20 percent of students got internships through the college curriculum. Top roles in the course are junior developer, tester, senior software developer, and web designer, etc. You can expect these roles.
Infrastructure: The given and offered facilities are limited and very poor for my course. Sometimes necessary facilities like water are not there, and the water quality is also awful. Wi-Fi works sometimes and often goes offline. Labs are there, but not a single system works efficiently, and some of them are just trash with the lowest processors. There is only one central library, which opens at 10 am and closes at 5 pm, which is very basic. Hostel food is poor with no hygiene. The dining area is awful because of bad smell and poor maintenance. The food is tasteless, and the canteen closes at 9 pm.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, but some are very rude, and the teaching quality is very poor. The course curriculum is not relevant, and students must do extra curriculum activities to get industry-ready. Semester exams are comparatively easy, and the passing percentage is about 90 percent.
Other: I chose this course because of my key interest in technology and how it works, and I also love to design and craft websites. I wish this course allowed students to think more, which it does to some extent, but the teachers cannot support much. Campus life in my college is basic, with no events, no fests, nothing—just college and hostel. The campus is too small for an engineering college. There are scholarships for new students, and extracurricular activities include sports, which again have no scope.

Choose ECB if you want to grow by your own efforts.
Placements: Placement scene is not very good. Your placement chances are not even 30% here. Active labs (Innovation Lab, VLS&AI Lab) are almost always open. In these labs, you get exposure to the world, really. Just having different groups of students who are doing something extraordinary are present here 24/7. This may boost your placement chances with your own efforts.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not even like a decent school. Benches are not proper, and cleaning issues of washrooms are very irritating to me in college. Different hostels are here, named C-1, 2, …, 6. The quality of food in C-1 and C-2 is better than others, as these are hostels for seniors and girls. The infrastructure of C-6 is quite good, as it is made this year only. My luck is that I am in the 1st year and still in C-1.
Faculty: AI in this course was last updated four years ago by the university, but faculty understand that the world changes daily. So, if you are learning something out of your interest in your field, you are not restricted to academics. Of course, you need to pass with a good score. It is manageable, by the way.
Other: AI is a booming branch in the upcoming years. The best thing is that you are quite free and can learn anything on your own. The academic load here is not very much and is quite manageable. Small fests are conducted almost every two months by seniors. The best part is that there is no ragging at all. Seniors just take a normal interview. If you are a girl, you are allowed to go outside the hostel after 4 PM only with your parents' permission. For boys, you may go anywhere anytime.

The college, in terms of fees, is cost-effective and a good option.
Placements: The placement rate here is not high. Only some top students from the class get placed by campus placement. Most of the students here are preparing for government jobs and are just here to get a PG course. Overall, if you prepare well and develop skills, you can get a good job from here.
Infrastructure: The classrooms here are old type, or you can say school type, have wooden tables and chairs. Most of the labs don't contain Wi-Fi. Here, Wi-Fi is equipped in the lobby only. The gym here is closed. Sports facilities are average, have proper grounds, but they don't offer badminton, basketball and all, likely they have a budget for that but are not giving these.
Faculty: I can say teachers here are good, giving a good education and are qualified. There is a big no to the question that the course makes students industry-ready, students have to develop skills on their own to get good placements. The teacher's work is only to teach theory and to get exams done. Semester exams are made by BTU and are of a moderate type.
Other: Here, the campus is green, has good surroundings, and the college is cost-effective, which is why I chose this college.

MITRC - Best college in Alwar.
Placements: TCS comes here also. Recruiting companies are HCL and Wipro. Small companies also come here, giving an average package of 3 LPA - 6 LPA. You have to study to get these kinds of packages, though. Speak package is 12 LPA. The roles offered by these companies often are data analyst and data researcher.
Infrastructure: Labs are fine and do the job. Wi-Fi is provided when necessary in labs. Hostel is okay with a good mess. I have heard from students residing in hostels that they are occasional treats for them on weekends and festivals. The warden is kind and nice to the students.
Faculty: It has strict curriculum, I mean very strict. We have to submit 4 assignments for each subject on time. There is a strict attendance rule or they will mess up your internal examination marks which will affect your SGPA and the overall CGPA too. It's kind of outdated the syllabus but I think it's the base.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to make a career in computer science engineering.
