ECB Bikaner-a constituent college of Bikaner Technical University offers programmes at UG, PG and doctoral levels. The college offers courses in various streams such as Engineering, Science, Management, etc. The college offers BTech, BCA and BBA at UG and MTech, MBA and MCA at the PG levels. Candidates are offered admission based on their merit or entrance exam scores.

Aspirants have to pay an application fee to register for RMAP for MBA admissions. The application fee for RMAP is INR 1,500 + 18% GST. Candidates can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes. The fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable/ adjustable against any other counselling mode including RMAP in future.
Aspirants who have passed a minimum of three-year bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) can apply for MBA programme at ECB Bikaner. Besides, aspirants must also have a valid score in CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT or ATMA for admission to MBA programme.
ECB Bikaner considers GATE scores for admission to M.Tech programme. Candidates with a valid GATE scores have to participate in counselling rounds for a seat in the college. Besides, aspirants must also have completed their graduation to apply for M.Tech programme at ECB Bikaner.
