Supportive faculty, decent placements, and a peaceful campus environment.

Infrastructure: The college provides good Wi-Fi, decent labs and classrooms, and a well-stocked library to support academics. The hostel is basic but livable, the mess food is average, and medical help is nearby. Sports facilities include a cricket ground, volleyball court, and indoor games.

It is an above-average college because of placements, experienced lecturers, and infrastructure.

Infrastructure: The library, labs, and classrooms are excellent. The hostel is under construction. All of the instruments and machines are in good working order. All the books related to engineering are available in the library.

The best Government Engineering College in Karnataka and also one of the top colleges in Tier-2.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure was good in case of classrooms, smart classrooms, and labs, but not completely equipped. Like, we have systems in labs, but we don't have internet connections in labs or smart classrooms. Other than internet and power supply ports to all the students in smart classrooms are not there. Talking about the hostel, the same problem is there—no Wi-Fi is provided. If students want to use their mobile data, they need to struggle as proper network is not available in the hostel. Th...

Review of Government Engineering College, Hassan.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility was provided only in the software labs. Classrooms were very spacious and well ventilated. The library was vast with a good number of academic books. A sports meet is held once in a year. Medical camps like eye check-up and blood donation camps were held.

College has good teachers and average infrastructure.

Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi is available, there are projectors in many classes. Lab conditions are average. The library is very well-facilitated and has many resources. Has even access to online resources for free, which would have been paid for otherwise, like IEEE and many more research pages. Classrooms are well-equipped with comfortable benches to sit, stages, a huge blackboard, and whiteboards for projecting. The hostel has good facilities too. Good food with non-vegetarian food once a week. College has washi...

College is good compare all government colleges.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. There is a hostel for both boys and girls, but boys must pay a monthly mess fee of INR 2510. A one-time caution deposit of INR 5580 is required during the first semester.

Review of Government Engineering College, Hassan.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very clean and decent with a quiet surrounding. The hostel offers the best food at a low cost. Medicinal facilities provided are excellent, with 24/7 check-ups available for every student as quickly as possible. Sports and cultural events are held once every year, meeting every possible requirement.

It's a very beautiful college for me.

Infrastructure: I chose electronics and communication in this college. The faculty is the best in teaching and has a lot of experience. Hostel food is not tasty, and hostel washrooms are not clean, but the rooms are well-maintained. There are many outdoor stadiums on the campus.

Overall, it's an average college.

Infrastructure: The college building is good but there was no hostel specified for the college. Hostel construction was going on when I was studying. I think it would have been built by now. There were no Wi-Fi facilities, only Ethernet for labs. Library is average and there's no canteen or food services. Only a few cultural activities take place.
