It is a good engineering college, and it's also a government college with good placement.

Placements: It's a government college in Bihar and has a slightly impressive placement rate. The highest package is 4-5 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA. It is a B.Tech college and provides various streams like electrical, civil, VLSI, CSE, and mechanical. Every year, core companies come to this college.

Infrastructure: My stream is electrical engineering, and I am also a hosteler. The infrastructure of my hostel is very good. Its capacity is 300 students at a time; it is a 5-story building. Our classrooms also have smartboards, and the professors are very good at teaching.

Faculty: Our teachers are very good professors. They have also studied at top IITs and NITs. Only our stream has more than 15 faculty. The exam is of a moderate type; if you only cover the PYQs, then you can easily clear the exam with pretty good scores and CGPA.

Absolutely reliable college.

Placements: Some placements are approaching for our college, and we are also capable of getting them. The top recruiting companies mainly come just to show their faces; they never offer any placements for our college, and the top roles offered for our course are software engineers, acoustic engineers, IT consultants, and Cad technicians.

Infrastructure: Mess food is never as good as our home, so we can make do with it, and if we talk about our hostel infrastructure and facilities, they are pretty good. The libraries are well maintained, cleaned, and always have a proper pin-drop silence. The quality of Wi-Fi is too good and always available. If we talk about medical facilities every week, doctors come to give free consultations, and medical facilities are available 24/7.

Faculty: Our exams were taken very seriously and in a very well-behaved manner. semester, way more than our class test and weekly test. The passing percentage is, I guess, 30%. The teachers are knowledgeable and very strict with us. They give as much effort as possible to teach us and provide study materials every time.

Other: The college should hold some events, a fest, and some extracurricular activities.

Review of Government Engineering College, Siwan.

Placements: None of the students got placements in our course, and salary packages are also not offered in our course. Not even a single company comes for placements. All students got an internship from a private company. Till now, any role is not offered.

Infrastructure: Our college has poor infrastructure. Wi-Fi, classrooms, library and labs are not available. The quality of facilities is very poor.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified and well-knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good enough for us. The course curriculum is very poor, and it doesn't make students ready for the industry.

Other: I have chosen this course because of my interest. The best thing about this course is I can get a job in other private companies. Placements could be better. Till now, not even a single event or fest is done.

Our college has been established in 2016.

Placements: Placements are not held in our college because it is not a permanent campus, so all activities are held in other colleges.

Infrastructure: Our new college campus is very good. The campus is 5 km away from our college. The hostel is very good.

Faculty: Our college has fewer faculty members because they are filled through BPSC in every Bihar engineering college. We have permanent and guest faculty members.

Other: Our college is ranked 27th in Bihar. It is the best college. The course is affordable.
