Balanced college life with placements and activities.
Placements: Around 70 to 75% of students from our batch got placed. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA, the lowest offered is 3 LPA, and the average package remained between 4.5 to 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and Tech Mahindra. Nearly 40% of students are offered internships in both MNCs and startups. Most of the roles offered are Software Developer, Analyst, and Testing profiles. Overall, the placement scenario is good, especially for IT and CSE students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well maintained. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors. Labs are properly equipped with the required hardware and software, and Wi-Fi is available across the campus. The library is updated with a good collection of books and journals. Hostel facilities are also decent, with clean rooms and basic amenities. The mess food is average in taste, but the canteen offers a variety of options. Medical facilities and sports facilities are also available for students.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable, qualified, and supportive. Teachers make sure concepts are clear and also provide extra doubt clearing sessions. The curriculum is updated and industry relevant, helping students become job ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but if students regularly attend classes and prepare well, passing is not an issue. The overall pass percentage is good.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in technology and the placement opportunities offered by the college. The best part of the course is the supportive faculty and exposure to practical learning. The hostel food quality can be improved. Events, fests, and extracurricular activities keep the campus lively. Overall, it is a good place for both academic and personal growth.
