Good option after Nilokehri Polytechnic.
Placements: Students are eligible in 6th semester for placement. Many MNCs visits for campus placement drive like Maruti Suzuki, ISGEC, Hero, Vardhman, Jindal stainless steel, Samsung, etc. Mechanical departments have 100% placements. Maruti gave the package of 37k per month, which is best among all offers.
Infrastructure: Annual function held once a year in which all toppers get rewarded. Books are available in the library; especially SC students get free books; there are no technical provisions in mechanical classes. Sports meets are also held for boys and girls, both. The campus is old and needs some more renovation.
Faculty: Curriculum is related to our daily lives and knowledge we get useful in daily problems and also in the industrial sector. It also improves the teaching method with the help of animation and a working model. Exams are held in 6 months, which is enough for preparation. Teachers are also good here.

Best for Polytechnic in Haryana.
Placements: The placement at Ambala Polytechnic is good. Big companies visit the campus for placement. I got placed at Maruti Suzuki with a package of 37, which is the highest package at Ambala Polytechnic. Maruti took 15 students at the same package from here.
Infrastructure: The facilities at the college are very good. The hostel is provided with no sharing. The hostels are maintained properly, and the mess food is also above average. There are different workshops for us on the campus. The classes are large and well maintained.
Faculty: The teachers here are average. Some of the teachers are from NIT and IIT, but the rest are not up to the mark. The curriculum is good for placements. The pass percentage of the students is also good; 90% of students pass every semester, and the exams are moderate.

Diploma in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2026
2.6

Very Average college .
Placements: Only plastic and mechanical engineering students get placement. Very few companies come for other trades or courses, and only those children get placement with teachers' references. Not very much in good studies, and in exams, very bad presentation by teachers.
Infrastructure: Hostel food is very bad. They serve very badly. Not good sanitation. There is water choking in bathrooms. Average infrastructure, not very good building, books not available in the library, hostel gym equipment are broken. No proper cleaning is done in hostels.
Faculty: Campus infrastructure is very bad. Teachers are well qualified but do not take care of studies. Regular classes are not taken when exams are near. The syllabus is not completed on time, and sessional exams are taken according to that without any preparation.
Other: Mess food is very bad. In the first year, they take good care of studies but they lack in the second year, and classes are not regular. Not many co-curricular activities. No games.

Diploma in Architectural Assistantship - Batch of 2026
3.8

Best college in Haryana.
Placements: In my course, their is less placement, but in course like electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and automobile engineering, their is 100% placement, the highest package given by asian paint (7.5 LPA). maruti suzuki, isgec, Asian paint, vardhamaan steel and stainless steel are top recurring companies .
Infrastructure: The department building is good, but the hostel is below average. All books are available in the library classroom. The neat and clean labs are enriched with the required resources. Hostel food is not good, but less is charged for hostel food. Sports activities occur once a year.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and motivated when required. They teach with real-life examples. The course curriculum is relevant, and all students can easily understand it. Semester exams are moderate, and 80–90% of students pass them.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become an architect and I love drawing. In this course, most subjects are all about drawing. If teachers use animation videos to teach us, our teaching can be improved. Annual feels are 7,000. campus strength is 1800. Scholarships are provided to SC and BC students. Easily connected with buses and trains.

Brilliance of our college.
Placements: 1. About 70–80% of the students of my batch were placed in great companies like Jindal, etc.
2. The highest package offer was 19500, the lowest was 9500 and average was 12000.
3. Jindal, Microturner, Keihin, etc. are the top recruiters.
4. None of them got internships.
5. Top roles offered are Production Engineer, Quality Assurance, Inspection Engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: 1. Wi-Fi connected across every single division for better study and understanding of topics.
At least 50 square feet is the classroom size, including real-time instruments.
2. Facilities are good, but the food in the hostel mess is not good.
Sports events are conducted once a year.
Tour to other cities are organized twice a year.
Faculty: 1. Teachers are well qualified.
All of them have great knowledge in their fields.
Their teaching quality is brilliant, as they always explain topics practically.
2. The courses are totally relevant, as they make the students ready for industry.
3. It's not very difficult, as teaching quality is great.
Other: I chose an electrical course due to my interest in this field.

College review of Ambala Polytechnic.
Placements: The placement here is good as it comes after Nilokheri. Top companies visiting the campus for the placement are Jindal Steel, Maruti Suzuki, Asian Paints, and Yamaha. The highest salary is Rs. 34,000 per month given by Maruti, and the lowest is Rs. 10,000 given by Jindal.
Infrastructure: Every year, students live in different buildings. Students are given 2 rooms, one for studying and the other for sleeping, in rooms with 3 fans and 4 lights. The room is good. The meal is average in the mess, 3 times a day, a meal is given, but Sunday 2 meals are given.
Faculty: Faculty of our college is very well qualified and polite in nature, and helps students to the best of their ability. The faculty student ratio in our college is almost 10:1. Examination is completed on time almost every time. The pass percentage is above 80% all the time.
