Dissatisfied because of campus life, really good faculty, and good placements in 2023.

Placements: In my batch, 65% of students were placed at various companies. The top recruiting companies are Trensor, Acsia, Experion, Immco, Litmus, etc. And the roles offered in our courses are junior software development, web development, Android development, Java development, etc. And some of them joined internships.

Infrastructure: The college provides all the necessary facilities for the course. Have high-speed Internet and desktops for each student. There are instructors in the lab with good knowledge and supportive lectures, but the college does not have a hostel facility; we need to arrange it. We have a canteen that serves quality food, but the college is not supportive of extracurricular activities; they only give importance to studying.

Faculty: The main reason for the good results in college is our teachers, who work very hard to get good results, but when it comes to extracurricular activities, they are not supportive. Speaking of semester exams, they are very easy to pass because the teachers make sure the students have good knowledge about the syllabus.

Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in the IT industry and I love to build a career in the IT field. Other than teaching, college is not good at activities like events, festivals, extracurriculars, etc. If you are only focusing on graduation, this college is a good option for you; otherwise, I won't recommend it.

Review of Government Polytechnic College, Cherthala.

Placements: Around 70% of students got placed in our college. Mainly recruiting companies in this college belonged to the IT field. Around 50% of students got internships from our course. Passout students were happy.

Infrastructure: All the facilities were available in this college. Science laboratories, classrooms, library, canteen, Wi-Fi, etc., were provided. I am a day scholar, so I do not know about the hostel facility. The canteen and library were very clean and hygienic. The structure of the college was very beautiful.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful. They solved students' doubts and problems related to their studies. Teachers train students very well. Teachers did not beat the students, and they train and improve students' arts and sports. Staff and PTA were very well in this college.

Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in computer. The event and sports were good in this college.

Overall college is good and computer department faculty is satisfying.

Placements: 45% of students where placed in our batch. 1 to 2 LPA is offered for freshers. Major software companies come for placements. 60% of students get internship in companies like sfo technologies pvt ltd, Trensor, Litmus 7. IT field job like programme developed, software developed etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college was decent but all facilities we can get there. Labs was good we can get updated equipments and systems. Classrooms are decent 60 stydents can freely study there. Wi-Fi facility is good. Library is good with lots of books and pace ambience for reading. There is no hostel facility in college students needs to stay outside of college.

Faculty: The overall all teaching quality of college is good but our department has an average teachers because modt of them are guest lectures. The course will study you the basics of different computer languages and you need to study deeply about languages outside. Semester exams are easy for the students who will give a small attendance to the classes. The winning percentage is 6 CGPA.

Other: I choose this course because of pressure from the family. I wish this course to improve to study more about languages. There is cultural festivals and sports events in college.

The facilities are low but the college is very beautiful.

Placements: I think 60% students got placed in our college. No average package offered in our course. There is no recruiting company. At least 48% students got internship from our course. I forgot the name of the companies.

Infrastructure: Many facilities are available like science labs, classrooms, library, canteen, etc. There was a problem in our classroom. The tiles of the classrooms were broken and old. But our college did refurbish some things. Other facilities including canteen, library and science labs are good and neat. I did not live in the hostel. Canteen, medical facilities and sports are available in our college.

Faculty: The teachers in our course were very helpful and kind. They solved our doubts and problems related to our studies. The teachers in our course were highly educated and experienced. They taught the students correctly. Teachers did not beat the students. This course is curriculum relevant. This makes students industry ready.

Other: I liked computer so I chose this course. Events and fests are currently not available in our course.
