However I could not lay my hands on any paper or information where ICT talks of lateral admission. It is understood that it is not allowed. But if you reside in Mumbai then I would advise you to go to Matings and find out from the institute itself. Yes, you are eligible. The eligibility criteria for Diploma engineering courses are 35% aggregate marks at class 10th level. Further, the admission process consists CET and CAP conducted by DTE-Maharsahtra.

Admission is through Centralized Admission Process of Maharashtra based on marks obtained in class 10th, there is some percentage of All India Quota for admission apart from state quota, you can get admission through it.
