You can join here if you only want to study.

Placements: There are no placements. No one even talks about placements. Most students go for higher studies like an MBA. There are no mock interviews.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. It has good classrooms that are well-ventilated. Classrooms have benches and desks of good quality. The building is small. There are no canteen facilities or mess. There is no playground. There are no separate blocks for each department.

Faculty: Teachers are extremely great. The curriculum is completed on time. Teachers genuinely care for students. They conduct internal exams. They are strict. Internal exams are worth 80 marks. We need to score well in internal exams.

I am dissatisfied with this college.

Placements: Our college does not provide placements and internships. There is no support for arts and sports. To be much more accurate, it is like a tuition centre. It is not worth for money. Not even local companies approach you with placements. The only visit conducted to a company was part of the study tour.

Infrastructure: The hostel facility is good. There is no Wi-Fi facility, and the classrooms are small. Library only consists of books related to studies. There are no books on fiction or novels. The canteen facility is poor. Sports events are organised once in stadiums at Palayam. There is not anyone to train or to organise sports events at the university level.

Faculty: Very few teachers in our college were knowledgeable and helpful. They don't make students industry-ready. Only HOD and accountancy teacher is good. Most of them don't even have passed NET exams. Teachers are nearly 24 or 25 years old, so their teaching experience is lacking from other established colleges.

Other: Even though the course was good. There is not any enjoyment of campus life. The only fest that is raised by the college is art day, and it is just 1-day fest. Events celebrated at our college are Onam and Christmas. You are not even allowed to use mobile even in events and fest days.

Teachers are very supportive and helpful.

Placements: I don’t know much about the placement as I am still studying. We have four departments in our college. Psychology (UG and PG), Commerce (UG and PG), Economics (UG), English (UG). In a particular semester, we are assigned our internships.

Infrastructure: We have a lab and a library. The lab is for the Psychology department only. It has a variety of instruments for psychology students. In the library, we have many books and textbooks. If you need a specific book. You can inform the librarian. She will help you. We also have a counselling room.

Faculty: Faculty members are nice. Teachers are very helpful and friendly. They are always supportive. We can approach them at any time to clarify our doubts. They help us. If we don’t understand anything. We can ask them to repeat it. They will do so many times as we need.

Other: I am a Psychology student. It is a very interesting field, which is the main reason I opted for this course. It is a FYUGP programme and has its pros and cons. If you are looking for a campus with very friendly and helpful faculty whom you can approach anytime, fewer programs, and less focus on infrastructure, then it is a perfect college. The infrastructure can be improved a bit; that is the only issue.

Review of Gregorian College of Advanced Studies.

Placements: Students can work in banks and private companies. Companies won't visit our college to recruit students.

Infrastructure: The library is good. Our canteen is very small. Our classrooms are spacious. Our college does not support sports. Wi-Fi is available for the principal and teachers only. Mobile phones are not allowed in our college.

Faculty: Our teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. Some teachers won't teach us well. They provide us with a lot of projects for internal marks. Semester exams are very difficult. The passing marks are 35 out of 80 marks.

Other: Our college conducts Onam and Christmas festivals every year. Our college does not conduct other activities.

Placements: Our college did not offer any placements. Companies did not visit our college to hire students.

Infrastructure: Our campus was small. A playground and parking facilities were not available in our college.

Faculty: Teachers have not cooperated with students while studying. Teachers were not well-qualified. Their teaching methods were not good. Internal exams were conducted without teaching the portions, and those portions were asked in internal exams. Internal marks grades were not good. Our college is affiliated with Kerala University. It doesn't follow the norms and policies issued by Kerala University.

Other: Fests and curriculum activities were not held in our college. The college uniform was not good.

Our college gives the worst campus life which is pathetic.

Placements: College offers no placements and internships. College gives preference to studies which is below average.

Infrastructure: It is a newly established college and has its flaws. Infrastructure facilities available are not up to standard. College gives no preference to extracurricular activities. There is a canteen which is closed most of the time that can accommodate 5 people at a time.

Faculty: Few teachers are qualified to teach and the rest of them does not even have subject knowledge. College does not make students industry-ready at all. Semester exams conducted are not much difficult. The curriculum is relevant.

Other: I chose this college because I didn't get admission anywhere. Campus life is pathetic. Tuition fee was affordable which is the only plus point of the college.
