Review of Bishop Moore College.
Placements: The college provided good placements. The college placement committee played an important role in the placement process. We all had to register our names for placement with the placement committee, and with their help and guidance, we were able to crack the placement process and get good offers. Companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Deloitte, HCL, Amazon, etc., came for placements. Overall, 80% of the batch got placed with good job packages. The highest salary package was around 35 LPA, and the average salary package was 4 LPA. The placement process was good, and most students got placed.
Infrastructure: The college provided hostel rooms to students. The mess food was good and hygienic, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus available, and the food was tasty. The wardens and hostel staff were very cooperative and friendly. The hostel provided 24-hour high-speed Wi-Fi facilities. The hostel was equipped with all kinds of modern facilities. The environment was good and energetic.
Faculty: Faculty members were very intellectual and supportive in nature, except for some of them. They always helped students when they faced problems. They generally gave assignments and checked our performance regularly. They had knowledge about every student in their class. Overall, they were very good in nature. They were well-experienced. Some faculty members had completed Ph.D. degrees in their respective fields. Their practical experience helped us a lot. The exam structure consisted of semester exams held every six months. Two semesters every year, along with two mid-semester exams. The course curriculum was well-structured. It was designed to provide students with both practical and theoretical knowledge. There were also lab sessions every week for practical learning.

The college offers good infrastructure and education.
Placements: Our college provides campus placements. Around 90% of students are placed in our college every year. It has an active placement cell that works with students throughout the years to help them get the best placement opportunities. It offers top roles for each department.
Infrastructure: Our college has smart classrooms, well-developed labs, libraries, 24-hour free Wi-Fi in each department, and a cafeteria. Separate hostels are provided for both girls and boys. Food for hostel students is available in the canteen. It is average and adjustable.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in helping students achieve maximum academic performance. The course is relevant in the modern world. Semester exams are somewhat tough. But faculty members support students in achieving good marks in every exam and provide proper guidance.
Other: Our college conducts tech fests and sports events every year.

Review of Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram.
Placements: Only 10 percent of students get campus placement offers. Others are attaining interviews on their own. Majorly, law firms and corporates are offering placements as this is a law college. The placement cell is working, but it is not getting enough placements for students.
Infrastructure: There are good and bad classrooms. Our library is good. We have only a women's hostel here, and it is available only in the 2nd year of college. Mess is good and affordable. Food is also good. The mess menu is prepared by the students, hence there will be a good menu and good staff.
Faculty: Semesters are not that tough, but the conduct of exams is not regular. The university lacks in conducting examinations regularly, and the syllabus is not updated to make students understand easily. The teaching is good, but there are faculty members who teach very badly.
Other: I love to be a lawyer. So I chose this course. There are fests and events on most days.

Good infrastructure and facilities. Also, good relationships with teachers.
Placements: There was no placement for the course I took. If you need placements, you have to go for higher studies. But other courses did have placements. However, there has been some recruiting happening during our last year. Those companies provided teaching jobs, bank jobs, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs, and the library were very good. When I was studying in my final year, the union promised Wi-Fi, but we did not get it. There was no hostel available on the campus. Only PGs were available. The canteen in the college provided only veg items. Our physical education department did a nice job in sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers were extremely helpful and well-qualified. If the student is interested in teaching, the course is very relevant. The semester exams were moderately difficult. The pass percentage was 40. An average student could easily pass out of college.
Other: I just love Maths, so I took a B.Sc. Mathematics.

Affordable quality education.
Placements: There are quite limited seats with a 14 percent placement rate. There is only one way to go on with this course as it is very cheap and is a government-sponsored university. There is no placement which means there are no top companies to recruit. Every student has to go for a mandatory internship. Many go for government-based organisations like Doordarshan, PIB, CDIT, and some others in startups in Technopark. Few go to media organisations like News18, Mathrubhumi, Asianet, and The New Indian Express. There are no specific roles as such many go for being journalists, public relations, corporate communication, or advertising.
Infrastructure: There is no proper Wi-Fi yet acquired. There are labs with enough systems, but no studios, an ample amount of cameras, and other practical equipment. Classrooms are decent. The building is being renovated and it will have more facilities soon. There is a decent library with a good collection of references. You can also use the campus library and university library which is the best part of being a student here. The university provides its own hostel which is very affordable and is inside the campus but only people from outside the district have a chance to be admitted to the hostel. Food is average. The medical facility is poor.
Faculty: Faculty are remarkable resource people. Curriculum is poorly designed with a lack of anything and an abundance of many. Semester exams won't feel difficult until the faculty members want them to be difficult for us. Papers are really hard to cover. Curriculum is academically relevant but it does little to make students industry-relevant.
Other: Purely out of interest I took the course. I hope this course improves to give students the best opportunities. Campus events are very fun and cool. There are various opportunities for scholarships but you have to look for them. There is enough time for you to pursue some extra hours along with the course.

Quality academics, average life.
Placements: At Mar Ivanios College, 30–50% of B.Com students are placed. The salary packages range between 2 LPA and 22 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA- 5 LPA. Top recruiters include Federal Bank and South Indian Bank. 30–50% of students got internships in EY (Ernst & Young). Roles offered include banking, accounting, sales, and analysis.
Infrastructure: Mar Ivanios College has classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, and a good library. The hostel has a basic mess/canteen. They are average. They have basic medical aid. They have decent sports & games. Good atmosphere and couple-friendly with freedom to speak. We love the campus, and it's also a nice, environment-focused campus.
Faculty: At Mar Ivanios College, teachers are qualified and helpful. The teaching is good, but mostly theory-focused. The University of Kerala curriculum is relevant but not fully industry-ready. Exams are moderate, with a pass rate of about 80–95% friendly teachers.
Other: Choose B.Com at Mar Ivanios College for a strong commerce base. They have good faculty, campus, events & crowd. We need more practical exposure & internships. There is good connectivity, a green campus, scholarships & active extracurricular activities.
