Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. B.E. / B.Tech Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to, from a recognised Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible. Candidates who have appeared in Diploma in Engineering and who are awaiting their results can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. Candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023). There is no upper age limit. MBA/PGDM Candidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.

Overall the college, lab, faculty, infrastructure, and campus are very good.

Placements: College has very decent placements. Average package is 10 LPA, and this year 3 girls from the final year have cracked Amazon offline. More companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, and many more are hiring. The placement percentage is 70%.

Infrastructure: Both the boys' and girls' hostels are very neat and super. The girls' hostel will be in the college itself, and the boys' hostel will be outside the college. The food in the hostel is very decent and better compared to other snacks. Bathrooms are attached and non-attached according to price. Every department has specialized labs and good infrastructure with good technicians.

Faculty: I am actually enrolled in AIML course, which is a recent course but it has a qualified staff to teach all the new technology. The curriculum is very simple yet helpful to students.

Placements are good in our college.

Placements: Placements are excellent in our college. Nearly 30 companies visited for our course. Pre-placement training is conducted at our college to help students grab the job easily. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Microsoft, Google, Accenture, and some other companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good, and there are many facilities provided by college management. There are many departments in our college. They provide good Wi-Fi connectivity for labs and spacious classrooms. They provide hostel facilities and medical facilities.

Faculty: The course curriculum relevant to industry is updated regularly, according to college management. There are many faculty members in our college. Teachers are well-educated, qualified, and certified in Ph.D. Their way of teaching is excellent. Semesters are somewhat difficult.

Review of Gudlavalleru Engineering College.

Placements: According to my knowledge, most of our seniors didn't get jobs through college placements. But, some of them got the best jobs because they have done a project internship in DRDO and some other government research departments. I am also doing an internship in DRDO cair department. Nearly 60% to 75% of the students get better jobs. The average salary offered is above Rs. 20,000 per month. Our college has a placement cell. The staff try their best to bring companies to offer placements to the M.Tech students. But, only a few companies visit the college to recruit M.Tech students.

Infrastructure: Our college has a huge library with a number of books. Open Wi-Fi facility is available for registered students, and it has high data speed. Lab facilities available are moderate. Classrooms are spacious. The canteen provides good food and is reasonable to the money paid. I am not a hosteler, so I don't know about hostel facilities. NCC, medical facilities, sports and games facilities are available. I face an issue with the infrastructure. I expect more facilities from the college as we pay nearly Rs. 13,000 fund to the college.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated. Most of them are PhD holders and highly experienced in teaching. Most of them support students. But, some people think themselves intelligent and insult others. B.Tech students will be taken to an industrial visit to places like Srihari Kotak and Nagarjuna Sagar. The student-faculty ratio is the best. It is around 30:1. Some faculty members teach only the subject, some teach the subject with live examples and some faculty organise fun discussions.

Other: Fresher's day and cultural fest are conducted in our college. Scholarships are available. Students participate in the zonal level sports competitions.

I suggest this institution for others because of good infrastructure and good faculty.

Placements: My college had very good placements. The students get good opportunities to showcase their performances, so, we are thanking the T&P cell department for their work. Every year, many students are getting recruiting for various companies like Tech-Mandindra, TCS, and so on.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure. The total campus is around 100-acres. The whole college is under CCTV surveillance, so we all are free from the ragging. Our campus is ragging free campus. We have good classrooms built with projectors, and also we have good labs from that. We are getting very good practical knowledge.

Faculty: We have different courses like B.Tech in CE, CSE, EEE, ECE, IT, and also M.Tech courses in structural engineering machine engineering, and so on. We have a very well-knowledgeable faculty in all the departments. The faculty are very eased to encourage us, and they will lead us in different aspects.

An absolute example of an underrated college.

Placements: Last year, that is, the year 2024-25, (my seniors) 70 percent of the students got recruited for jobs. I mean, they are recruited in companies with like 5 LPA-6 LPA. I think this is a good start to enter the corporate world. Some of them are recruited by top companies like Amazon and Infosys. So the highest package is like 35 LPA-40 LPA.

Infrastructure: Educational facilities are top-notch for students. The labs, Wi-Fi, and facilities are all very useful, but the canteen is somewhat above average (not a big problem, but still). Coming to the hostel, the food is really good, even though I'm not a hostel student, I heard it through my friends, and the medical facility is also good. The faculty takes care of the students well, and we have a ladies' waiting hall for every block of the college, which is very essential for us. Sports and games also. We have different types of courts in our college. They are pretty good.

Faculty: When I'm talking about faculty. Here, in our college, the faculty are almost all experienced, like we have doctoral faculty everywhere. They have lots of experience in teaching, and it helps us a lot. They are fully qualified and knowledgeable. They are strict and tough when it comes to discipline.
