The eligibility criteria for BTech courses at HITAM vary for the regular BTech course and the Integrated-Twinning-Programme. Moreover, the selection process also differs. Check out the detailed overview in the below table: BTech Regular BTech Integrated Twinning Programme Eligibility Criteria- Candidates must complete their Class 12 in PCM or Diploma in Engineering Eligibility Criteria- Candidates must have compelted their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 70% and must have studied Class 10 and 12 in English-medium only. Selection Criteria- 70% of seats are filled through the EAPCET + Counselling. Rest, 30% of seats are reserved for admissions based on merit + selection process (the selection process may include a written test and personal interview). Selection Criteria- JEE Mains/ any state common entrance examination in engineering/ BITSAT/ other national or international engineering entrance examinations/ SAT, followed by a statement of intent (300 to 400 words) + PI.
