1. Merit Scholarships: (. For B.Tech. CSE 4 Years Degree Progmmme (Admitting in 1st Semester))
i) Candidates who have scored 95% or more marks in 10+2 will be offered 50% amount of tuition fees as a scholarship.
ii) Candidates who have scored 85% or more marks but less than 95% Marks in 10+2 will be offered 25% amount of tuition fees as a scholarship.
2. Merit Scholarships: For B.Tech. 4 Years Degree Programme (other than B.Tech. CSE) (Admitting in 1" Semester)
i) Candidates who have scored 90% or more marks in 10+2 will be offered 50% amount of tuition fees as a scholarship.
ii) Candidates who have scored 80% or more marks but less than 90% Marks in 10+2 will be offered 25% amount of tuition fees as a scholarship.

Placements: The total number of students in my course was 380, or approximately 70 students per section. The highest package they offered was 19 lacs, and the average package offered was 6 lacs. Many companies come to recruit students. Above 80 percent of students got placed.
Placements: Almost 55-70 students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.80 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.36 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Infosys, Wipro and Google. Almost 50% of the students got an internship in Wipro, HCL, Dell and HP. Students also need to focus, so the college can also help them in their careers.
Placements: The study environment here is very positive. With a CGPA above 5.5, you can get placement in top companies like TCS and Tata. The highest package is 28 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. About 96% of students get placed, with top roles in B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.
Placements: Only 1 percent of students placed overall in 2023. The highest package is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. The top recruiting company is Zscaler, Hoping Minds, Red Brick, and Zaro Education. No one gets an internship on my campus. Only BDA-based roles come to our college for placement.

No. Admission to the BTech courses in I K Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) is based on class 12 marks of the candidates. JEE Main scores are not considered for PTU BTech admission.

(The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to prepare Level playing field and desired learning outcomes of the programme) OR The candidates who have passed two years certificate course from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (SLIET) shall be eligible. |
