- The IBSAT 2025 applications are open for the MBA/PGPM 2026 intake, and the application submission is available up to Dec 19, 2025. Additionally, the IBSAT 2025 test will be conducted on Dec 27 and Dec 28, 2025.
- PhD 2026 applications are open for the July session till Mar 15, 2026, and the selection process will be held in April 2026.
- For the BBA course, the last date to apply is Apr 6, 2026, and the interviews will be conducted between Apr 9 to Apr 12, 2026.

ICFAI Business School (IBS), Hyderabad has a variety of courses available. These courses are offered across UG and PG levels. The programme fee for IBS Hyderabad MBA course is INR 16.21 lakh. Candidaes need to pay fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm their seat in the institute. Selected candidates need to pay an admission fee of INR 80,000 for MBA course. In case an aspirant is unable to pay fee within the stipulated time, his or her admission stands cancelled. Apart from the admission fee, aspirants also need to pay a fee of INR 1,800 for IBSAT bulletin.
IBS Hyderabad offers MBA programme via NMAT and CAT exams. Considering the IBS Hyderabad MBA cutoff 2024, candidates won't be able to get admission at 80 percentile to IBS Hyderabad for the General AI category candidates. It is necessary for the candidates to score atleast 85 percentile in XAT to be eligible for the MBA exam.
At the PG level, IBS Hyderabad a constituent of IFHE Hyderabad offers its flagship two-year fully-residential MBA programme. Spread over four semesters, this course comprises 30 courses (22 compulsory courses and 8 elective courses), a summer internship programme and soft skills labs. The institute conducts IBSAT or IBS Aptitude Test for admission to MBA course.

IBS Hyderabad application process is both online and offline modes. To submit offline applications, candidates can visit the campus in person. IBS Hyderabad admission to MBA course is based on IBSAT score. IBSAT or IBS Aptitude Test is a national-level entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be University) for admission to MBA course. IBSAT is a two-hour Computer-based test (CBT) comprising multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a computer-based test that is generally conducted over a window of two days in December.
Candidates who have qualified any of the accepted national-level entrance exams like CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ XAT are exempted from appearing for IBSAT. The shortlisted candidates are further called for a GDPI round. IBS Hyderabad also considers the academic qualifications of the aspirants for final selection.
