Absolutely dissatisfied with college management.
Placements: It's like in the previous year I guess 25 percent of students got placed. The maximum package offered is 3 LPA and the minimum is 1 LPA. Recently Kaar Technology has been recruiting at our college and the final year students got the chance to work in this company. They offer the SAP course. If you know the SAP it will be easy to get a placement at Kaar Technology. Probably 5 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Nothing special it's an ordinary one not preferable. The PCs in this college work like a dump and they don't work properly for programming. It always shows an error when you do code correctly. The classrooms are decent but the ceiling fan is very old and it makes a lot of noise. Labs and the canteen are also the worst.
Faculty: I don't understand what teachers try to convey. It is easy because of YouTube. The passing percentage is probably 80 percent. It's a very easy syllabus and also YouTube has the answers for that so it's pretty easy. Faculty members also teach. If you have any questions.
Other: I am interested in programming but now and I would like to improve all the things and infrastructure of my college. The infrastructure machines, PCs are like a dump, so the college must change the computers in the college. Events are okay and cultural fests are also pretty good this year.

Not a good college. I wouldn't recommend it.
Placements: About 80% are placed in my course. The highest salary package would be 22 LPA, and the lowest would be 93 LPA. There are only a few top recruiters, including Cisco, TCS, and that's all, I guess. Then, about internships. Most of us just get one in start-ups, and anyone I heard of has done one in an MNC. Top roles would be software developer, junior developer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure, I hate it. It's the worst, and Wi-Fi is not provided, labs are properly maintained, and classrooms are very poor. The benches, oh god, they can't be worse, and for the library, it is okayish. I'm not a hosteler, so I don't really know much about hostels, but some of my classmates who are ones have said that it's not a good experience.
Faculty: Only a handful of teachers are actually knowledgeable, and so the teaching quality is barely average. The course curriculum is not relevant at all, and it doesn't make you industry-ready. Semester exams are easy, and the pass percentage is usually around 80 -70 percent.
Other: I didn't have much knowledge back then, so I somehow ended up with this course. I would be much better if things were more practical than theoretical. There aren't many events that they celebrate here. They only started Pongal celebrations this year, so events are okayish, I guess.

IFET College provides good academics, supportive faculty, and balanced campus life.
Placements: Almost 80-85 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package is about 22 LPA, and the average package is about 3.5 LPA- 4 LPA offered in our college. Top recruiters are Tech Mahindra, Pursuit Technologies, DSS Corps Inc, etc. Overall, 80 percent of students get internships every year.
Infrastructure: In IFET College, there are decent facilities and infrastructure available in our department. There is a dedicated building for our department with one small auditorium on the ground floor, a well-equipped lab facility on the first floor, and clean bathroom and restroom facilities available.
Faculty: Most knowledgeable faculty members are available to solve our doubts. Their teaching quality is nice, and they are well-trained to teach students about theoretical and hands-on experience. They teach about the relevant field and are industry-ready. The semester exams are very easy to crack, and almost 95 percent of students passed.
Other: I chose this course for my business knowledge and they are teaching very nice. On our campus they are conducting festivals and events every month to enjoy.

IFET College of Engineering (Autonomous Institution).
Placements: This is the best college where I have gained lots of hands-on experience. It improves my communication skills and strengthens my concepts. Top companies come for placements. There is a 100% placement rate. Many important companies, such as Cisco and Infosys, visit for placements. Not only software companies but also core companies come for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and the hostel is also very good. The lab and lab equipment are of high quality. The hostel food tastes like home-cooked meals, and the room facilities are good. The classrooms and labs are also well-maintained. Overall, the college infrastructure is excellent.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and helpful. They are interactive with students. They are very good to students. Ragging and other such activities are strictly prohibited on the campus. Faculty helps students and guides them on the right path.
Other: I chose ECE because it has future opportunities, and faculty is very good. I love electronics, so I chose ECE.

Satisfied with teaching and need to improve placement strategies.
Placements: About percentage it's between 80% that have been initial criteria to enter into our department, if it's by counseling of government quota. The average package is 2 lacs per annum. The highest package is 7-11 Lacs per annum. The lowest is 1 lakh per annum. TCS, Wipro, Virtusa, Cognizant, Terv, and some automobile companies. Almost 50% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Every classroom and the library have been equipped with projectors. Additionally, appropriate labs have been allocated to their respective departments. Students have actively participated in games both during and after college hours. To support student improvement, the Innovation, and Decibel Clubs have been initiated for personal growth.
Faculty: In our department, there are senior teachers and helpful. The teaching quality is very good and understandable. The curriculum makes students ready for their jobs for their capabilities. If an individual is continuously attentive in class passing the internal assessment and preparing properly for the semester will lead to a good percentage.
Other: I believe that this course has many opportunities in leading years as well as to explore the core industry.

Nice college for both enjoyment and studies.
Placements: Above 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package is 22 LPA, and the lowest salary package is Rs. 25000 per month. The average salary package is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Accenture, KARR, Wipro, HCL, and TCS. Above 70% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: We have both well-furnished classrooms with smart class facilities. We have both electronics and communication labs with more electronic gadgets. In the hostel, there are only 3 students that are staying in per room. Every year sports day is conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable too. Semester exams are difficult but if we start to study before exams we can crack it. The pass percentage of students are above 80% so there is no worry about results.
Other: I am interested in electronic gadgets this why I joined this course.
