IFIM Institutions Admission 2025: Application Process, Eligibility, Courses & Fee

IFIM institutions application process is conducted online on the official website of the college. Candidates willing to get admission are required to apply on college official website. A step-by-step process of online application is as follows:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IFIM institutions.

Step 2: Click on the 'Apply Now' tab at the top of the page.

Step 3: Register on the page, add personal details, verify the contact details and click on the "Submit" button.

Step 4: Login using the credentials generated and fill out the application form

Step 5: Upload the required documents and click on submit.

While filling the IFIM institutions application form, candidates are required to submit the scanned copies of the specified documents. Below are the documents required for applying for a course at IFIM institutions:

• Class 10 marksheet or equivalent
• Class 12 marksheet or equivalent
• Graduation marksheet (only if applying to PG course)

MBA is offered for an annual intake of 240 students (120 from Management quota+ 120 from PGCET). IFIM Institutions offers an MBA based on the qualification of accepted entrance exams such as IMAT with a minimum score of 25 or any other nationalised management scorecard such as CAT/ XAT- 60% and MAT/ CMAT- 80%.

After a successful application submission, candidates are selected based on the secured marks in the respective entrance exams. The shortlisted candidates are further required to appear for the personal interview. Selected candidates, beyond that point, will receive an offer letter. For final admission, candidates must pay the registration fees and confirm the seat. 

Candidates must meet the basic eligibility criteria of securing a minimum aggregate of 50% or above in Class 12 for UG and PG level programmes. Post merit based selection, candidates must secure valid scores in the accepted entrance exams such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ IMAT/ CLAT/ LSAT. Yes, IFIM institutions provides scholarships to meritorious students who have an excellent academic background. Also, scholarships are offered to those in financial need. Given below are the scholarships offered at  IFIM institutions:

Candidates are required to maintain 80% and above in each semester through the course to continue the IFIM institutions scholarship. The attendance should be 80% and above throughout. Besides, students should not have any backlogs in any of the semesters during the course of study. 

The renewal of scholarship must be done on time with submission of the marksheet copy of each semester. The student is considered only for the scholarship throughout the course.
