It is convenient and affordable to study here.
Placements: The college doesn't provide placements or internships, but the college is affordable and easy. So, people give it preference. It has international recognition. If you want to start something on your own, like if you want to be a dietitian and want a certificate for it but can't afford to go to another city and don't want to waste more time, you can go for their Diploma courses.
Infrastructure: You can find colleges in almost every city, where you can go to study. It has a library and practical labs. You just have to appear for practicals and examinations, so it is up to your choice. I had appeared for exams directly, and they provided lectures on YouTube.
Faculty: YouTube videos provided by the faculty members are very useful for students to start with. You have to prepare on your own. Exams are very easy, and I had appeared for exams just by studying a day before exams and scored first class.
Other: The course fee is affordable. It takes less time to go there. There is no attendance problem, and you can study when you are free.

I am satisfied with the course curriculum.
Placements: Since this is a part-time course, mostly working professionals take this course, so there are no campus placements. After pursuing this degree, one can easily expect a minimum salary package of 3 LPA. However, the university provides us with a number of counselling sessions and interview cracking skills that are very much required in the industry.
Infrastructure: All the students are very satisfied with the infrastructure as it is very conducive to learning. The campus is great and eco friendly. It is located centrally, which make transportation very convenient. The library facility is good for students as we can get both reference books and magazines. Classrooms are equipped with sufficient benches, and they are spacious. The food served in the canteen is hygienic and is offered at affordable rates.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very friendly. They always look forward to helping students with their academic lessons and assignments. The course curriculum is updated, and the quality of notes provided by them is excellent. Exams are conducted annually. The pass percentage is 40%. However, the papers are a bit lengthy and require good concept clarity.

Overall, our college is great.
Placements: Almost 56% of the students are placed every year. For our course, all big-4 auditing companies are top recruiters. Almost 100% of the students got internships in big-4 companies. Roles offered are in good places, from the manager to CEO of the company.
Infrastructure: Our college is equipped with Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, playground and theatre. Our hostel has good facilities. The quality of food is average, but the food in the canteen is good. We are also provided with medical facilities and sports and games, and sports are conducted every year.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in academics, and they are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is above standards. Teachers are very good, and they treat you like a family. They can help you with your personal issues also. The teaching is also very good.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to do an MBA. The best thing about our course is you can learn about a wide range of accounting principles and business. There is no practical knowledge in our course, so it would be better if they teach about the practical aspect of the subject. There are events, fests and annual functions every year. Campus surroundings are clean and lush green with a simple and quiet location and no pollution. Scholarships are offered to merit students, and you can even get scholarships by participating in extracurricular activities, which takes place every year.

Satisfied with the way they have arranged online classes in lockdown.
Placements: IGNOU is an open university, so there is nothing about placements. I live in Vadodara, so I don't go to the Ahmedabad regional center. I, sometimes, go to the Vadodara regional center for classes. I don't know about placement offers from IGNOU, so I can't say about it. IGNOU just offers degrees.
Infrastructure: The regional center of IGNOU Vadodara is inside the main campus of Maharaj Sayaji Rao University of Baroda. Wi-Fi is good. I don't know much because I haven't attended any labs there till now. But students are saying that it is good. Classrooms are average. There is no library for IGNOU center, but a library is available in MSU, and we can use it too.
Faculty: The teachers are very good and helpful. Professors are well-educated from top colleges. The teaching quality is good. During the Covid-19 pandemic, online classes were conducted, and teachers adapted to that, and that is very good. I'm doing B.Sc. chemistry from here. After completing the degree, I can easily join any Pharma company, and due to the pandemic, the pharma companies need more employees. In this era, pharma companies are going very well. From my point of view, the course curriculum makes students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because it's easy to find a job after completing this. Due to Covid, I haven't gained any practical experience in labs, so I wish I can get that from now onwards. As IGNOU is meant to be open-schooling, there are no extracurricular activities and events.

Dissatisfied with the teaching quality.
Placements: I am a student of IGNOU of B.A. in English. 60% of students are placed every year in my course. In my course, the highest package offered is 2.8 LPA, and the average package is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are LNT, Mahindra, Maruti etc. Approximately 30% of students get internships from my course in Mahindra every year.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities in the open university, so all the students live in the rental rooms. Medical facilities are available on the campus. They organise an event every year, including games and sports, to motivate their students. The other facilities available in the college are library, labs, smart classrooms etc.
Faculty: All the teachers are knowledgeable and conceptual. The teachers are well qualified, helpful and friendly. The teaching quality is average. In this course, students have to work hard to succeed in their life. They give us training about communication and language to be ready for our future.
Other: I chose this course because my English is good and it will help me in the future. The best thing in my course is to learn about the history of English poets and British poets. I wish that the teaching quality should be improved. In this university, no one gets a scholarship.
