Review of IHM Delhi - Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition.
Placements: All hotel brands visit our college with their MT program for placements. Our college provides detailed opportunities in retail, marketing, and sales profiles. Many students got placed in our college.
Infrastructure: All facilities are sported out because it is an old institute. They are trying to improve and update the infrastructure. New machines and equipment are being purchased for better understanding of the subject.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, but they don't motivate us. A few teachers teach us beyond the syllabus and things that are needed in the industry. F&B service mam invites brands like Monin and well-known bartenders.
Other: The infrastructure and placement policy should be improved. They don't organise a fest or annual day. A few events are held in our college.

Infrastructure: The college is well-equipped with an auditorium and a basketball court for students. A wide range of books are available at the library. The quality of food in the mess was pretty good as it was freshly prepared by the students everyday with a new menu daily.
Faculty: There can be a lot of improvement in the teaching methods for Diploma courses and more activities can be incorporated. Much more efforts and activities can be arranged for the Diploma students so that they get hands-on experience and become ready to face the industry.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to pursue baking professionally. Many events are held at the campus which provide the necessary exposure and opportunities to the students.

Pusa HM is the best, and you can get admission here.
Placements: This is the best HM college in Delhi. Too many companies came to hire students, and approximately 70 percent students got the job on-campus. Mostly seniors who have completed four years of HM definitely will get a job. For placement, students must have a good looking face or good skill at cooking. MNC companies like Taj, Oberoi, Heritage, Five Inn and such type of more companies came every year. The maximum salary for diploma holder is Rs. 30,000 per month, and on a contract basis, they get a minimum of Rs. 12,000 per month, which increases per month on the basis of their performance. The students who completed their higher degree get a job of junior manager. Diploma holders never get the post of a manager, and they have to complete their bachelor degree for the manager post. For the internship, our classmates visited Taj in Delhi for the knowledge of spices. Mostly, an internship is given by our college itself because it has a very good, actually, excellent management and catering management. In the last year, our placement cell helps us for jobs. Our placement cell also invited international companies for hiring. If a student is good looking with average marks, and he obtained 80 percent, then they will get a job instantly. At last, I will say that there is no college for HM better than PUSA in Delhi-NCR region.
Infrastructure: It has an excellent and good looking infrastructure. It also provides hostel facilities for boys and girls separately. In the middle of the campus, it has a volleyball court also. At the front gate, it has a canteen for general people as well as for the college students also.
Faculty: The main course available is bachelor degree in HM. Others are diploma in hotel management and catering and master of HM in catering and management. The students who have completed diploma from this college can also do Bachelor degree from here for good knowledge.
Other: As there is co-education system, our institute offers programmes for many events and events here are good. Generally, farewell party and job fair events are celebrated. The students who are doing courses from here can also avail scholarship. Mainly, the students who belong to the minority category and who are not from Delhi get their scholarship. The students of Delhi can get a scholarship by the board on the basis of marks.
