A total of 13 international offers were made in 2025 for the PGP Course. Earlier, the participating recruiters presented 559 job offers to the batch 2023 of PGP, PGP-F and, PGP-LSM. However, in 2022, the participating recruiters offered 571 job offers to the students of the batch 2022.

Students have to meet the IIMK course eligibility to get admission. The eligibility requirements may change depending on the programme and specialisation. The common eligibility is as below:

Candidates with 95 percentile or above have a high chance of selection. However, it will depend upon the cutoff marks. In order to get into IIM you need to crack CAT and as per the previous year trends the final round cutoff was 97. Candidates who meet the cutoff trends are offered admission to IIM Kozhikode MBA course. Aspirants must perform well in the CAT exam in order to get admission in IIM Kozhikode.

IIM Kozhikode  conducts the admission process for all the UG, PG, diploma, and PhD courses in online mode. Interested candidates can fill the admission forms through the official website. 2. Click on "New Registration" and register by entering a few basic details.

The students of PGP, PGP-BL and FPM programmes are required to reside on campus. Residential facilities in the campus include 13 student hostels and faculty guest houses. Roobaroo is a cultural event conducted every year during the induction of the new batch to acclimate students to IIMK culture and build a good on-campus community. The Students' Council facilitates elections to the other student committees on campus. In addition to elections, the Students' Council is involved in elective bidding, hostel bidding, co-ordinating other student bodies (IGs, clubs and committees), conducting Farewells, liaising with administration and institutional development activities.

Backwaters (the annual management fest), Echoes (the annual intercollegiate cultural event), E-Summit (the annual entrepreneur meet), and Horizons (the annual management conclave) are a few major events organised by the student body. Bhooklagi is a student-based start-up operating inside the campus. It is the first and only kind of startup that's operating in any IIM. Nostalgia is the annual on-campus alumni meet and has been conducted since 2004. Sangram is an annual sports meet with IIM Bangalore, IIM Trichy, and IIM Visakhapatnam with each institute hosting the event in alternate years.

Kozhikode Marathon Executive Committee of IIM Kozhikode has organized mini-marathon runs in Kozhikode annually. Besides student committees, the institute also has student interest groups for various fields of Management such as marketing, finance, consulting and hobby clubs, photography, music, dance, theatre etc. The institute also offers placement guidance for students and organises placement processes for the summer internship and outgoing batch.

IIM Kozhikode has several partnerships with international institutes to provide students global exposure. Some of them are, Nantes School of Management, France; ESSCA School of Management, France; Leeds University Business School, UK and IESEG School of Management, Lille.

Yes, it is difficult to get admission in IIM Kozhikode. With it being one of the top IIMs, the admission chances are very slim. Only those who clear the high cutoff can get a seat in flagship PGP programme. The selection rate is said to be one in hundred. Students have to clear not only the cutoff, but also the selection rounds to get admission. But with the right planning and practice, students can join the institute.

To get admission in IIM Kozhikode, students have to check the eligibility first. Eligible students can then apply online. The institute selects students on an entrance basis. Students have to clear the selection rounds, such as WAT/ PI. Selected students have to report for verification of documents and pay the admission fees.

For admission to PGP programme, students must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate. In the case of an absence of a duly recognised Bachelor's degree a candidate should obtain a minimum aggregate per cent of 50 in CA/ ICWA/ CS. The entrance exams accepted include CAT and EMAT.
