There are quite less chances for you to get admission in IIMS, as they take everything into consideration at the time of admission which includes work experience and in which Institute you have graduated.
6 years ago My class 10 percentage is 77.8 and my class 12 percentage is 80.8. What are my chances to get an "admission"in IIM.

If you are sincere, serious and honest in your preparation - then 3 months preparation is enough. Otherwise 1 year of preparation should help.
