IIMM Delhi Course Admissions 2025: Fees, Eligibility, Selection Process & Dates

The International Institute of Mass Media (IIMM) in Delhi offers a range of courses in journalism and mass communication, advertising, and public relations. The fees for the courses range from INR 42,500 to INR 85,000 per semester for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Short-term courses have a fee of INR 50,000 per semester. The hostel charges are INR 8,000 per month onwards. IIMM Delhi grants scholarships between 20% to 40% of the total tuition fees under certain criteria. The institute saw a successful placement season with 90% of the students getting placed across the making it a record with over 1500 students getting recruited. International Institute of Mass Media (IIMM) Delhi’s top Mass Communication institute, provides the most comprehensive mass media course in the form of Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication ( BJMC) . It is a three year programme which is divided into six semester. The total fee for this course is INR 255,000 /- which is paid to be paid semester-wise INR 42500 per semester, and the  additional examination fees of Rs. 2,500/- per semester payable at the time of filling the examination form.

The IIMM Delhi BJMC application fee is around INR 1,000. Candidates must pay the application fee while submitting the appliction form. For the offline mode, applicants can attach the pay slip along with the two copies of the online bank challan with the application form. 

A total of 75 students can do the BJMC course at IIMM Delhi. The seats are offered as per the seat intake and performance in the selection criteria. To secure their seats, selected candidates are required to pay the stipulated admission fee within the specified timeframe. The IIMM Delhi BJMC fee is cumulative of multiple components that are either one-time chargeable or must be paid annually/semesterly.

Yes, IIMM Delhi does offer BJMC at the undergraduate level lasting for three years. BJMC or Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication is for students who wish to build their careers in the field of Journalism and Mass Communication. Candidates just require twelve years of school education from a recognised board to be eligible for the BJMC course. Further, candidates must also participate in the IIMM Delhi selection process which mainly includes online personal information. 

Masters of Journalism and Mass Communication, (MJMC)  is a 2-year postgraduate programme that incorporates courses that focuses on Theories of Human Communication, Television Production, Reporting and Anchoring. The basic eligibility criteria to pursue this courses is an any candidate have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a Recognized University or Students appearing in their final year degree examination can also apply.There is no entrance exam for this programme and as aspirants within any age group can apply.
