CUET Exam City Intimation Slip
CUET intimation slip 2026: National Testin Agency (NTA) will issue the CUET exam city slip 2026 to registered candidates mentioning the exam city and CUET 2026 exam date. The city intimation slip CUET 2026 will be issued 10 days before the exam date. To download the city slip, candidates must enter their CUET login details- Application Number and Password, at cuet.nta.nic.in. CUET 2026 intimation slip is a preliminary document that is not required on exam day. The slip is released to inform candidates about the exam city and to begin the exam day preparations in advance. NTA will announce the CUET UG exam dates for the subjects opted in the intimation slip. The exact CUET 2026 centre details will be issued on CUET admit card 2026. Difference between CUET Exam City Intimation Slip and CUET Admit Card
CUET Exam City Intimation Slip: NTA releases the advanced CUET exam city intimation slip to inform candidates about the exam city and exam centre in advance. It is a preliminary document that helps students be ready for exam centre before the release of the CUET admit card.
CUET Admit Card: NTA releases the CUET admit card two to three days before the date of examination. It is the final document that has to be carried on the day of examination. The CUET UG 2026 admit card will carry similar details to CUET intimation slip in addition with:
- Name and address of the exam centre
- Roll number
- Admit card number
- Photograph of the candidate
Note: Candidates must know that CUET UG 2026 intimation slip will not act as CUET admit card on the day of examination. Candidates will not be permitted to enter the CUET UG 2026 exam centre without CUET admit card.
On release of the CUET city intimation slip and CUET admit card, no request for change in exam centre will be entertained. Allotment of candidates to the Shift will be based on the options exercised and technical and administrative considerations. CUET 2026 admit cards will be issued for each shift based on the components opted by candidates. No request for change of date/shift will be entertained. Candidates will be alloted the CUET exam centre as per the preferences filled by them during the registartion process. Candidates are advised to fill the CUET application form details carefully. CUET exam is conducted in more than 200 exam centres across India.
NTA will release the CUET admit card 2026 online in second week of May at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online at cuet.nta.nic.in. The admit card will be available for download in PDF document and is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. Prior to the release of the CUET UG admit card, NTA will release the advance intimation of exam city slip. It is not the admit card, but will inform candidates about the city. CUET UG 2026 Admit Card
CUET admit card 2026 will be released online at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will issue the admit card two to three days before the exam date.
