Candidates must have passed the Class XII (or equivalent) examination in 2023 or 2024 or 2025 with science stream from any board recognized by the Council of Boards of School Education in India. They must have taken at least three subjects among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics during their Class XII (or equivalent) examination. For admissions to the B.S. in Data Sciences program, candidates must have Mathematics during their Class XII (or equivalent) examination. Candidates whose Class XII (or equivalent) examination results have not yet been declared can apply, but their admission will be subject to fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria. The IISER Entrance Exam (IAT) application form is expected to be released around April 2025 on iiseradmission.in. Students can apply through three channels: IAT, JEE Advanced, or KVPY scores. For IAT, you need to have at least sixty percent marks in Class 12 (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology). The application fee is generally two thousand rupees for general candidates and one thousand rupees for SC/ST. IISER Bhopal is strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.S. in Data Sciences, with requirements including passing the Class XII examination with science stream, having taken at least three subjects among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, and having Mathematics as one of the subjects.

If you are a biology student you must have pcb as your subjects but the B.Tech at IISER bhopal or at any college in India does require maths as a compulsory subject In case you have pcmb you are totally eligible but not with PCB thank you

The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science course at IISER Bhopal is:
Minimum 60% marks/equivalent grades in 10+2 or equivalent in the relevant subject, &
SAT Level I in relevant subject with minimum 1000.

IISER Bhopal is strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.S. in Biological Science + M.S. in Biological Science, with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA/CPI of 7.0 on a 10-point scale, & a valid score in a recognised exam such as GATE/UGC-JRF/CSIR-JRF/JEST/INSPIRE-PhD/JGEEBILS.

The college is moderately strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at IISER Bhopal, with a minimum of 60% marks/equivalent grades in 10+2 or equivalent in the relevant subject, & SAT Level I in the relevant subject with a minimum of 1000.
