Great professors and I loved the chemistry department.

Faculty: BSMS course structure is very great and promotes an interdisciplinary approach. Semester exams are tough and the course is purely for research-level students. It's not easy and the great chemistry department is best here. Other departments are also great and IISER B provides B.Tech, BS Eco as well.

The campus is beautiful. It provides top-notch education.

Faculty: Teachers are actually very qualified and knowledgeable. They are helpful indeed. The courses however do impact our learning in a way that is good for our career. Semester exams hold some challenges and we have to manage labs. Labs too have an impact on our education. The quality of education and the way it's imparted via professors is actually great.

If students want good exposure then they can come but not for placements.

Faculty: Faculty members are quite good enough and very qualified. It is not a typical engineering course here. Most of the course curriculum depends on the research field. There is not much-applied thing or application-based, so we have to study hard to get good grades.

Detailed information about IISER Bhopal.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and helpful. Almost every faculty member is PhD holder from any famous institute. They all are incredibly knowledgeable. IISERB has 3 main streams 1st is BSMS Natural Science, 2nd is BS Engineering and 3rd is BS Economics. From 3rd year, students take their major and minor and then continue on it.

The campus life is the best.

Faculty: Our institute teachers are all junior researchers doing their research in their fields and teaching on campus only. They are frank enough. We can ask our doubts anytime by Email and they reply to us in a short period of time. There are too many exams but it will be enough for us to study from the first day.

A developing research institute in Central India for sciences.

Faculty: Talking about the Mathematics department of IISERB, it's quite controversial. The department has a good number of faculty members, but the quality may vary. The students opting for a Maths major are very few compared to other departments. Many students, even some good ones, face academic issues after opting for a major in Mathematics. The primary reason is some rude professors and their strict marking system. Backlog students are much more in the Maths department, making it produce fewer graduat...

It has great research options and facilities, but limited placement support and industry readiness.

Faculty: At IISER Bhopal, teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. They guide students well. The course curriculum is good, but it focuses more on academics and research, so not all students become fully industry-ready. Semester exams are tough, but with proper preparation, most students pass exams. The pass percentage is high, and it is around 80-90%.

Great overall college for fundamental sciences and engineering research.

Faculty: Professors are quite helpful and experts in their field. In my department, all of them are really passionate about teaching. The teaching quality is on par with the best institutes in this country. Course curriculum, for the pov of a math degree, is way ahead of its time and quite updated, the electives are quite good and diverse. I won't say they are the best of sorts if someone wants to join the industry but they can help with the problem-solving acumen. No fixed passing grade. Semester exams ...

It has amazing infrastructure and really good facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. The course curriculum is designed to be able to compete with the best colleges internationally. The exam difficulty level depends on the professors choice. The course curriculum is made interdisciplinary and would make us ready with the overall knowledge.

One of the best colleges for research and development.

Faculty: Professors are very helpful and they provide teaching assistants also. They make students industry-ready. Exams are very difficult we have exams in order of quiz 1 then midsem then quiz 2 the endsem for the entire semester quizzes carry 20% weightage and midsem and endsem carry 30% and 50% weightage.

IISER Bhopal: A place for bright minds to thrive.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified, and a majority of them have experience from abroad. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their fields. Teaching quality is great for all courses. The course curriculum starts with a wide range of subjects, which narrows down to one major subject of the student's choice. Semester exams are not very difficult. The pass percentage is 95%.

IISER Bhopal - A passionate scientists dream place.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, all holding at least a Ph.D. post doctorate from internationally reputed universities. They are easy to approach and friendly. Teaching quality is good. Course curriculum is very relevant, and an example of this is that the final year has no coursework, only a masters thesis to adapt students better to current science breakthroughs, and possibly also industry-relevant according to their thesis area. Semester exams are generally moderate-easy in difficult, but sometim...

IISER Bhopal: A sweet and nice campus.

Faculty: All teachers are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The course is designed with proficiency. Each semester, there is a mid-semester and end-semester. It depends on teachers. There are no quizzes. Exams are moderately difficult.

It is a really great college for research aspirants.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and experienced scientists. Their teaching methods are excellent. These courses are not designed for the industry but prepare us for research in pure science. The semester exams are not very difficult if you attend classes regularly. The pass percentage is relatively high and depends on the batch's performance.

A complete overview of IISER Bhopal.

Faculty: The professors are highly qualified and really helpful. Most of them have done Ph.D. and Post Docs from abroad in top colleges. They are very professional and welcome everyone to solve their doubts. They put effort into making us understand the topics they are teaching. Although the exams are slightly on the tougher side, given the efforts the professor puts in, one can do it.
