International Institute of Sports & Management Highlights 2025
The International Institute of Sports Management (IISM) is an initiative by Eduhub Education Pvt. Ltd. It was founded by Mr. Nilesh M. Kulkarni,and Ms. Rasika Kulkarni. It is sitauted in the Sports Management Hub of India, Mumbai. It offers UG and PG course in various fields, such as- BSM, MSM, and PGP in Sports Management. Admission to all courses at IISM Mumbai is entrance-based. The selection is based on the valid score of SMAT/ SSAT entrance exam, followed by the Personal Interview (PI) round.
PGPSM programmes at IISM are autonomous and designed by Industry Experts. IISM was conferred with ‘Rashtriya Khel Protsahan Puruskar’ for ‘Development For Sports’ by the hands of the President of India- Shri Ram Nath Kovind Ji on the occasion of National Sports Day 2020. IISM has partnered with several forums, namely CII, FICCI, IMC Chamber for Commerce and Industry, etc. to encourage discussions and recommend development strategies to government bodies. It has also collaborated with Sportz Consult & Zeven for initiating research-based knowledge reports, Victoria University to initiate research projects and Liverpool FC for fan engagement and promotion activities.

The institute offers four full-time programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The duration for BSM and MSM programmes is three and two years, respectively. However, PG programme are offered for 11 months. The selection criteria for all the programmes is based on a valid score obtained in SMAT, an internal entrance exam conducted by the institute. IISM Mumbai BSS admission is entrance-based. The college conducts its in-house entrance exam, i.e., Sports Science Admission Test (SSAT). Aspirants need to qualify for this exam with a valid score. IISM is better for a Bachelors in Sports Management due to its strong industry connections, better recognition in India, and a well-established alumni network. Ironwood is good for international exposure but has limited recognition. If you want a full-fledged degree program, IISM is a better choice.
