Yes, the overall experience is good.
Placements: Currently, I am pursuing my B.Tech in CSE and now that I am in my 1st year, the highest package offered in B.Tech is above INR 7.5 lacs. The top recruiting company is Cisco. Above 90% of students got internships in B.Tech courses. More than 80% of students are placed in CSE, AIML and IT. The rest are placed in BCA and BBA.
Infrastructure: No doubt, the facilities are awesome. The college provides 5G Wi-Fi and the labs are also nice and clean, and all the systems work greatly. And the hostel is also good—enough for study—and the environment is also good. IPEC is the best place to create memories.
Faculty: Faculty are outstanding They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They help allot resources to all the students. Their teaching skills are awesome. Also, the course curriculum is relevant and also makes students industry-ready with the industrial visits every week.

IITM: the inside review by current batch student.
Placements: 90% placements in our college with average package of 3-4 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are wipro, amazon and Infosys. 60 to 70% students got internships. Role offered in this course is IT management, software testing, developer or coder as per our choice.
Infrastructure: There is one building. The labs are very good with updated and the latest computers but there is no Wi-Fi. Classrooms and library are good with fully air conditioned. There is no hostel facility and there's also a small ground for playing sports but the college is good and have the latest technology.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful with their Ph.D. degree. There are subjects that are important but few subjects like english are sort of basic and already known. Overall the course is good but I recommend to teach students languages like python or any modern language instead of basic language like Java and other.
Other: I study in 2nd semester of B.Tech computer Science course of batch 2019-23. I wish to have a bigger ground for sports. Fests are good but entry fees for college students is the one I don't like. Crowd is good with the nearby area. Extracurricular activities are also there like iitminternware and societies of Indraprastha University.

Good and worth it, at these fees.
Placements: I don’t know much about placements. But I can say they are doing very well in preparing us to be industry-ready leaders through communication skills and presentation abilities. Many students get placed with very high LPA packages, and even off-campus placements are common. Many students also do internships starting from the third year at top companies and organizations. The college also has connections with the government for various opportunities.
Infrastructure: The B.Tech branch building is awesome. They try to pack as many things as possible into a limited space, including a big park with a garden, grass, flowers, and more to relax during breaks. The building interior is 100% worth it, with fully AC classrooms equipped with projectors. Labs and the library are all great experiences. All the computer labs are located in the underground basement, so there is no noise from the surrounding road while you study below it. I don’t know much about the hostel as I live at home since the college is very nearby.
Faculty: I experience that teachers are very good. The knowledge they have is excellent, but many fail to deliver it in a way that students can easily understand. The course curriculum is similar to that of older colleges, with some core subjects not available in the first year but introduced later. However, they have many societies that motivate students 100%, helping develop communication skills, leadership qualities, and preparing them for the industry. The exams are average in difficulty, but the evaluation is strict because teachers who check the papers are paid very little.
Other: I completed my 12th class with PCM and Computer Science with Python subjects. So I definitely want to do B. Teach. I prepared for JEE Main during my drop year, but didn’t get a very satisfying rank. I tried filling out many college forms and attending counselling, but by the end of July, I didn’t get admission anywhere. Then, I directly go to this IITM branch, fill the form, submit the required documents, pay the admission fee of Rs. 30,000, and get admission in B.Tech CSE. I am still exploring all the extracurricular activities happening in the branch right now.

Genuinely good faculty, decent placements, and small infrastructure, but with good AC classrooms.
Placements: IITM has very decent placement programs. Companies do visit the college but hire only those students who have good academic results. A good CGPA acts as a filter, bringing students closer to the interview stage. The top roles offered are for employees or interns.
Infrastructure: Very good facilities, AC classrooms. It has a great, though small, campus. There is a library and a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. The canteen offers good food. Everyone talks nicely, and the environment is good. The campus is small, but teachers enjoy teaching.
Faculty: Good teaching quality. Campus drives are offered after every semester. About 70–80% of students pass with good marks. The semester exams are easy, as questions come from the semester books. By analyzing old PYQs previous year questions, you can easily score a 7 to 8 CGPA. Faculty members are decent.
Other: Currently, my exams for the 4th semester are going on, and they are going very well.

I am satisfied with faculty, placements were okayish in 2024 and the infrastructure is very good.
Placements: About 25% to 30% of students got placed from our college. I think the highest package is 8 LPA-9 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys, and TCS.
Top roles offered are software developer, web developer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided to students, and good-quality labs are provided, where many practicals take place. The classrooms are air-conditioned, and the library has all kinds of books regarding the course and other materials, too. The quality of food is quite good, taste-wise and hygiene-wise. The price is not cheap as du but still reasonable. The medical room is open for kids, and various sports and games are available, like volleyball, tennis, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and reply to our text and take class tests quite often. The teaching quality is quite good, the curriculum is quite relevant and the first year is quite easy. They teach python which we already know and easy maths. Exams are quite easy and passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I was interested in B.Tech I wanted to do that and I like studying CS. I wish they could teach us more in 1st year like my friend is in Mumbai doing the same course and it's quite relevant. Events and fests are okay. Crowd is quite good.

College offers exceptional facilities, average teaching quality, and noteworthy placements.
Placements: There were so many students in my batch, maybe around 300+ students in a single classroom. The highest package was 5 lakh, and the lowest was 80k. That was really so awesome. The top company I've seen was Google. Around 80%+ students got internships from my batch.
Infrastructure: Our classroom was really like a big hall; there were so many students in one classroom. The feeling was really awesome in sitting in that class. My hostel was also so good; even the humor that hostels food is bad is wrong there; the food provided to us was so much better and more hygienic.
Faculty: The teachers were so helpful and well educated and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was perfect. The course curriculum was so relevant. The semester exams were not that easy; if you don't study well, then you'll get back in semesters. Just as a senior, I'm giving advice to you all that you must study well for your exams.
Other: I was interested in computers; that's why I chose computer science, just because our daily life is moving forward to technologies.
