To be admitted into IMI Delhi, the applicants need to observe the application procedure of the institution, which differs according to the course applicants wish to undertake. The process of application is however similar to all the courses. The IMI Delhi admission procedure is as follows:

- IMI Delhi Selection Process
While selecting the students, IMI Delhi considers a valid score in any of the accepted exams, such as CAT/RAT/CMAT OR GMAT, for its flagship PGDM programme. For the FPM course, candidates will be shortlisted based on a research proposal and evaluation of past academic performance, followed by a personal interview. Further, the selection is based on the evaluation of the academic qualification and work profile of the candidate, followed by an interview. Finally, for the certificate course, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates who qualify for the PGDM selection process are invited for the final stage of the selection process – the Individual Assessment, which is the Personal Interview.
- IMI Delhi Admission Offer
Admission offers are based on the successful completion of the application and selection process. The results are announced through the Admission Portal and displayed on the institute's Website. Applicants are advised to check the updates on the website at regular intervals.
- IMI Delhi Fee payment
After completing the selection round, the candidate will receive the selection result through mail. The candidates will be required to pay the first instalment of the fee within two weeks of the date of the offer to confirm their seat in the Institution.

Yes, IMI Delhi accept CAT score for admission to PGDM, EPGDM and FPM courses. Apart from CAT, the institute also accepts other Management entrance test like XAT, GMAT, etc. Additionally, the institute conducts IMI Test for EPGDM and IMI Research Aptitude Test for FPM course. The institute offers PGDM programmes such as PGDM Human Resource Management, PGDM Banking and Financial Services and Executive PGDM. The Executive MBA is an 18-month residential course. The full-time general management programme that has been on offer under the name of Post Graduate Programme in International Management.
