MBA in International Business - Batch of 2021

Overall, I am satisfied with all the facilities.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students get placements from our college every year from a batch of around 350 students. Roles offered here are related to sales, marketing, finance, operations, strategy and analytics domains. Top recruiting companies for our course are Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Uniliver, Bajaj Auto, Godrej, Tata Sky, LDC and Airtel. The average salary package offered here is 18 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi facility and classrooms, and computer labs are equipped with the latest technology. Everything is available here, but the campus is small. Hostels are not very good and don't have air-conditioners. Even hostels are of triple sharing basis, and there is a small and old building for hostels. The mess is also small. However, medical facilities are good, and sports and games are also available.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant, and all kinds of subject knowledge are provided here. Our college allows students to choose electives in their second year, and it makes students industry-ready. Our college provides knowledge of international business and everything with respect to globalisation. Students get the benefit of having a trade under the ministry of commerce, and a huge number of seminars and conferences from industry speakers are conducted.

Dissatisfied from faculty members but the placements are very good .
Placements: The percentage of students who were placed are 90 percent. The highest package was 20 lacs, the lowest was 4 lacs and the highest was 3 lacs per annum. The recruiting companies are Accenture, hdfc, raymond, TCS, deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Crisil and many more. The percentage of people who got internships are 30 percent. The top roles offered are quantitative analyst and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not so good. The classrooms lack many facilities as compared to other colleges. The library is good. The hostels are below average and not so good infrastructure and condition. The quality and taste of food is not so good. The facility for sports and games are good .
Faculty: The teachers are not so good at teaching and are not co operative and helping at all. They are less experienced and not so qualified to teach the students. The professors do not teach properly. The course curriculum is relevant and is helpful but the guidance is not proper. They can not groom the students in a better way.

Placements have been on par compared with its peers, but there is a scope for improvement.
Placements: Our batch was 2020, and our college attained almost 100% placements, which are dominated by IT and analytics sector followed by BFSI sector. Top roles offered by our college range from a product manager, sales and marketing associate, management consultant, investment banking analyst and business analyst. The differentiating factor is that our college offers trade roles as well, including commodity trader.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and library are fully equipped with the Wi-Fi facility, which can be provided to your laptops. The mess menu changes according to the feedback of the students and the mess contractor. There are two hostels, and one is an old hostel for juniors, while the other one is a new hostel for seniors.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable although they can be improved. The course curriculum is diligently designed by considering the international aspects of the business as our course is masters of business administration in international business.
Other: Events organised in the college include Quo Vadis and UWL. The campus is lush green with lots of dhabas around it.

The college provides great opportunities and exposure to the industry.
Placements: The MBA programme at IIFT places a lot of emphasis on industry interaction through guest lectures, live projects and corporate competitions. Students are placed across highly-reputed companies globally for best profiles in finance, consulting, marketing, operations and international business. The highest salary package offered is 75 LPA and the average salary package offered is close to 20.5 LPA. Top profiles offered included investment and risk management, investment banking, equity research, marketing and brand management, sales management, business analysis, consultancy, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus at Qutab Institutional Area is compact and good enough to fulfil the requirements of an MBA programme. The campus is among many other prominent institutes located in the region. The location of the campus and the overall atmosphere makes it conducive to learning. The campus is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, 2 hostels each with its own mess, auditorium, conference halls and classrooms. A new campus for IIFT is coming to UPAT Maidan Garhi, New Delhi.
Faculty: The course curriculum offered is quite comprehensive. Students are provided with an option to pursue dual majors in the second year and can also choose from among a variety of minors. Teachers in our college are quite knowledgeable and supportive. Guest lectures are also conducted within the courses from accomplished corporate professionals and experienced institute alumni, which keeps the course structure and curriculum relevant and up to date.

IIFT is the best college for IB.
Placements: IIFT has a history of 100% placements. Companies like JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and other companies visit our college for placements. Many companies visiting our campus visit only IIM A, IIM B, and IIM C. The average salary package offered was 16 LPA. The highest domestic salary package offer being around 25 LPA.
Infrastructure: IIFT has a decent infrastructure. There are digital classrooms, auditorium, a huge library with all resources and databases, spacious hostel rooms, and mess food is also decent. The only thing our college lacks is the outdoor sports facilities. However, gym and indoor sports facilities are available. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
Faculty: All the faculty members are PhD holders and well experienced. The course curriculum is par with IIMS. Teaching methods involve both lectures and case-based. We also have an international exchange programme. The best thing about IIFT is industry exposure. We have a lot of guest lectures throughout the year.
