Review of Indian Institute of Art and Design.
Placements: I have not sat for placements yet. However, the career service cell at our college helps us to provide the best opportunities for us. Many communication designers visited our campus, and interacting with them has taught much. I have also interned in a reputed design company and learnt a lot about the communication design industry.
Infrastructure: There are no classrooms. Instead, we work and learn in huge studio spaces. Labs are equipped with Mac computers which help us in designing. Outdoor canteen is my favourite, and we spend a lot of our free time there. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. I am staying in a hostel, and it is very fun. It is also close to the market and the metro station, which is making travelling convenient.
Faculty: Teachers at IIAD are extremely helpful. They are always ready to assist us with any problems we face while working on assignments, projects and in creating our portfolios. With the amount of experience and exposure they have, it is a great learning opportunity for all of us. The course is also structured in a way that it is very interesting. We are constantly exploring new ideas and methods. I think learning here is very different and equips us for the challenges of the industry.

Our college provides a lot to learn, understand, and experience.
Placements: The college is good for helping you with placements, but your placement will completely depend on how you have worked and what your portfolio says about you. The top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Disney, etc.
Infrastructure: The college provides the best amenities. Their studios are huge and spacious. The campus is peaceful but not huge. The studios are extremely good. There are also lounges where you can play indoor games. The food served at the canteen is good and worth the price.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and supportive. They are always available to teach and understand us. They will only invest their time if you give your best and are ready to work. The course is practical-based, which is very important in the design field. I am satisfied and impressed by this decision of the faculty for the curriculum.
