Yes, you can join the Indian Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT) in Bangalore directly. 

Walk-in: Interested students can walk in directly to any of the two IIFT branches and seek the help of the academic counselors. They can purchase, fill, and submit the application form. Course fees payment can be done either by cash/cheque/online/bank transfer on the same date.

Online: Interested students can get information regarding their choice of programme either by calling up the academic counselors or from the IIFT website. Students can then fill up the application form online and submit the same. Application & Course fees can be paid online/bank transfer on the same date.

IIFT Bangalore BSc admission is entirely merit-based. Admissions are based on the fullfilment of eligibility criteria and on a first come first serve basis. To get a seat at IIFT Bangalore for the BSc course, candidates are just required to appear for the telephonic round of interview.    

Candidates while applying for BSc at Indian Institute of Fashion Technology must pay the IIFT Bangalore BSc application fee of INR 1,000. The application fee so paid by candidates is non-refundable and can be paid through cash/ cheque/ online/ bank transfer. 

IIFT Bangalore does not have a cutoff system for admission to its B.Sc courses. Admissions are done based on the fulfillment of eligibility criteria and on a first-come, first-serve basis subject to the availability of seats. You can apply for admissions in both online and offline modes.

The eligibility criteria for the B.Sc courses at IIFT Bangalore are as follows:

For regular entry, you should have passed II PUC or 10+2 in Arts, Science, or Commerce.

If you have completed a 3-Year Diploma in ADFT, Textiles, Handlooms, or Costume Design & Fashion, you are eligible for Lateral Entry where you can start the course directly from the 3rd semester.

Candidates who have successfully completed three-year Diploma in ADFT, Textiles, Handlooms or Costume Design and Fashion can take admission to the BSc programme offered at Indian Institute of Fashion Technology through the lateral entry.

The total tuition Fee for the Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Apparel Design is INR 6.60 Lacs (for 3 years). The duration of the B.Sc. In Fashion and Apparel Design course is three years. The fees might include components other than tuition fees. One-time Payment includes an admission processing fee is INR 30,000.
