Satisfied with the professors.

Placements: Since this is the first year of the course, it is not easy to say anything about the placements but I believe the course, and the subjects taught to us are very helpful in the corporate and practical world. Also, ISI BC is a top institute that has a great alumni connection across the globe. So, it is common for top companies to offer placements and internships. The course helps us to develop our coding skills (specifically in R and Python), with its application in the real world.

There is no other institute this good if you are interested in mathematics.

Placements: Most of the students did not participate in the placements because they were pursuing higher studies. For those who did participate, the highest and lowest salary packages were almost the same, at around 17 LPA. Students were placed in data analyst, business analyst, and other similar positions at companies such as PayPal, Amazon, and Uber.

This is heaven for mathematics lovers. It is the best institute for undergraduate mathematics course

Placements: Mostly, students passing out of B. Math choose to do their M. Math or any other master's course, like M. Stat or MS QMS. A handful of students who wish to sit for placements do get placed with great salary packages. Also, the placement after the master's is good. In 2020–21, the average salary package was 19.6 LPA.

Yes you can do B.Stat at ISI given that you have completed 10+2 or any equivalent level of education with mathematics and english as your subject. You can have any combination of subjects with these whether Science commerce anything. But these two are compulsory.
