Candidates with diploma in engineering, science, commerce, management are also eligible to apply. Preference is given to the candidates who have basic computer literacy; have basic proficiency in quantitative skills; may have acquired advanced skills in hardware / software technologies compatible with the program of study and / or has knowledge of a foreign language.
