Counselling and qualification examination score are the two major factors behind the admission with Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (U. P. S. E. ) Rank being given priority importance. For some of the programs, it is also possible to apply for direct admission and this is on merit. The institute receives a lot of applications, thus, mere meeting of the eligibility criteria does not mean that one will be admitted. But, a good rank in UPSEE or a brilliant academic performance can make a candidate secure an admission to the programme of his or her choice easily.
