Craftsmanship Course in Food & Beverage Service 

at IHM Silvassa, Silvassa

IHM Silvassa offers courses at the UG and Certification levels. The courses that are offered by IHM Silvassa are as follows :

• BSc: The three year UG programme is offered for a fee of INR 2.96 lakh, and the admission process is entrance based. 
• Certificate: Candidates can choose from two specialisations, which are: Craftsmanship Course in Food Production & Patisserie, and Craftsmanship Course in Food & Beverage Service.

With a 60% in Class 12, candidates can get admitted to the Institute of Hotel Management Silvsassa (IHM Silvassa), but only if they do well inthe NCHMCT JEE entrance exam. The cut-off scores determine the eligibility for the counseling and interview stages. The NCHMCT JEE is the only entrance test that is accepted for admission to IHM Silvassa's BSc programme.

It is still possible for candidates to get admitted to IHM Silvassa's courses without taking the NCHMCT JEE. The main eligibility criteria for admission to the BSc programme are grades and NCHMCT JEE rank. To be eligible for Certificate courses, candidates must have completed Class 12. Candidates are admitted directly based only on their qualifications and merit for the Certification programmes.
