Placements: We have 100% placements. Top hotel brands as well as cruise companies visit our college to hire students. Management Trainee is the top role offered. The lowest package is Rs. 18,000, and the highest can be up to Rs. 50,000. Every student gets the placements, and it is highly good.
Placements: If we want to do a management degree in the hotel industry IHM Kolkata is the best place to guide us. Around 100% of students were placed in the year 2024 in companies like Taj, Oberois, Four Seasons, Jio, etc. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Around 100% of students got internships in properties like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Leela Palace, etc. Roles offered in this course are assistant manager, supervisor, and associate.
Infrastructure: College facilities one will get here are as follows Projector-enabled classrooms, Library, Yoga (as a subject), Clubs to join, Day food at no extra cost, Canteen for any other items one wants (paid), and Hostels. It does not have Wi-Fi for students and does not have air-conditioned classrooms.
Placements: There are more than 350 students in my batch. The average package offered here is 6 LPA, and the highest is probably 10 LPA (I am not very sure as I am a first-year student as of 2024). About 50 companies come here to recruit people every year, including Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Park hotels, etc.
Placements: Our college provided 95% placement of students. More than 50 retail and hotel companies come for campus placement in our institute. The highest package is 7 lakhs and the lowest is 2.5 lakhs. The top recruiting companies are Taj, OBEROI, JIO, MARRIOTT, HYATT, LALIT, BATA, and many more.
Placements: The placements percentage in IHM Kolkata is approximately 90-100%.The lowest package offered is 1.8 LPA and the highest package is around 8 LPA. There are many big companies visiting for placements in IHM Kolkata like Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, Hyatt, and others. Almost 80% students got internships at Taj, Hyaat, JW Marriot, etc. The students get offers for MT which is management training at IHM Kolkata which is the best thing about this college.

IHM Kolkata cutoff 2025 has been released for Round 1. As per the cutoff list, the closing rank for BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration was 2693 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. The cutoff has been released as opening and closing ranks for different categories of students
