The MAT 2026 February session (PBT mode) examination for admission to the MBA course has been conducted. The CBT exam mode registration window is open till Mar 2, 2026, with the exam scheduled for Mar 8, 2026.
The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.
The XAT 2026 result is out for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses. Students need to log in to the official XAT portal to access and download their scorecard.

Teachers are good and supportive But the campus *.

Placements: In my batch, there were about 200 students from different sections. The highest package is about 4 lac. Companies like Wipro, Pepsi, and so on. The college is the most reputed college in Jammu by the name of Jamwal Group of Colleges. The campus is far away from the main road that *.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The campus is not good enough but the teachers are good and the management is also. There are only 3 blocks: one block is for engineering, another one is for business, and the other building is for BCA MCA students. The college is good but not the campus.

Faculty: Teachers are good, qualified, and supportive. But the canteen is worse. Teachers are good well-qualified and supportive. They teach us every single line and understanding for better results. They are really hardworking and focused on their results and you can say qualified teachers.

Other: I didn’t choose the course, I was forced to get admission, but I didn’t get any benefit from that. I’m still unemployed. You think I wasted my degree and money also. Fests are cool but artists are around the world.

It is the best college for BBA and BCA in Jammu as well as Jammu and Kashmir.

Placements: I am still appearing for placements. I heard and saw many students getting good salary packages from famous companies like Byju's and UCO Bank. The minimum salary package offered is 3.5 LPA from Byju's to a girl from MBA of the 2021 batch.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the building is average. It is not that big nor too small. It has a canteen and a campus ground.

Faculty: Before the end of each semester, our college conducts two exams by dividing the syllabus named MST 1 and MST 2. You have to pass both exams to appear in finals. Both MSTs are of 20 marks, and at the time of finals, internal marks of both semesters are added, and half of it is considered internal college marks. Teachers are very good and always available to help with difficulties and doubts. Still, the level of exams is a bit tough.

Other: I joined IMS in 2020, and I have chosen BBA to learn about business management. It is one of the best colleges in Jammu.
