Great place for knowledge.
Placements: The institution is known for its strong culinary training and solid placement support, and my course maintained a high placement rate, with around 90 percent of students securing jobs in reputed hospitality brands. Several groups, including Taj Group, Marriott, Radisson, Hilton, etc., visit for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is designed to support professional-level culinary training. The institute provides well-equipped, modern kitchens with industry-standard tools and bakery labs. Classrooms are clean and comfortable. The infrastructure, training space and hostel facilities provide a supportive environment for students, helping them focus on skill and development.
Faculty: The faculty of IICCM is generally supportive, knowledgeable and experienced in the hospitality and culinary industry. Most instructors have strong professional backgrounds, having worked in reputed hotels and restaurant kitchens, which allows them to teach not just theory but also real-world techniques and kitchen discipline.

Placements: Around 90% of students from IICCM get placed in top hotels. The highest package is about 8 LPA, the lowest around 3 LPA, and the average is 5-6 LPA. Top recruiters include Taj, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and Radisson, with some international offers. About 85-90% of students get internships in reputed hotels like JW Marriott, Hyatt, and Dubai World Trade Centre. Common roles offered are Commis Chef, Junior Chef, and Kitchen Assistant.
Infrastructure: IICCM has a well-equipped kitchen and good facilities for practical learning. The hostel is clean and comfortable. The food served is tasty and hygienic. Basic medical help is available. Students can enjoy sports and recreational activities after classes.

The best part of this course at IICCM is the hands-on training and constant guidance from experienced chefs who encourage creativity and confidence. The campus is friendly and diverse. It has fun events and food festivals that make learning enjoyable. I do wish there were more workshops and guest chef sessions for extra exposure.

Overall a good experience.
Placements: Maximum students from our batch got placed in Dubai and other cities of the UAE. Placements were provided in 4- and 5-star hotels, like Anantara Downtown Dubai, NH Collection Dubai The Palm, and DAMAC Hills by Rotana. The roles offered in our course are related to the kitchen department.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is good, and it was recently renovated. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and the kitchen area where practicals take place is also well-maintained. There are many food options available near the college, as well as a mess.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, kind, and supportive. Their teaching methods are good, and they are well-qualified. The curriculum is well-designed and provides students with a lot of knowledge about the culinary field. The semester exams are not very tough.

IICCM Pune is a good choice if you are serious about pursuing culinary arts
Placements: At IICCM, most students get internships around 80-90% in good hotel properties. Placement is claimed as 100% under certain conditions like attendance. Hotels like Marriott, Hilton, Radisson, etc. Mostly, they hire from here. Roles are mostly kitchen work.
Infrastructure: They have a good collection of books related to culinary arts. They also provide journals for students. They have a modern kitchen, equipment and they also have a separate kitchen for bakery, Indian, continental. Classrooms are well ventilated and equipped for theory. They have a game zone indoor recreation. There are separate hostel for boys and girls. It provides basic amenities like hot water, drinking water and Wi-Fi.
Faculty: At IICCM, faculty members are very helpful, supportive and kind. They are well qualified and have good experience in the industry. They teach both theory as well as practical. Students get chance to work in hotels through internship. There are monthly mock interviews, weekly project presentations to build confidence and soft skills. Exams neither too easy nor too hard.
Other: I am part of the IICCM institute Pune which is known for its professional training in hospitality and culinary arts. I chose this course as I have a strong interest in cooking and wanted to build a career in the food industry with the help of expert guidance. I would wholeheartedly recommend IICCM Pune to anyone who is serious about building a strong foundation in culinary arts. They also provides good quality education as well as knowledge on different cuisines.

IICCM is the best college for new ones to learn and to upgrade their passion.
Placements: About 90 per cent got placed from my batch. The highest package offer is Rs 35,000 for an internship, and the lowest is Rs 30,000.
Likely, most of them got selected in Hilton DWTC Dubai World Trade Centre, Palm Jumeirah and many other.
Like, to work effectively in the kitchen I have learn many things.
Infrastructure: They have provided many facilities like Wi-Fi, kitchen, living space, and outdoor activities, and also have a play area where you can enjoy in your free time. In the hostel, the facilities are good, like good water and electrical supply and the kitchen and rooms are also good.
Faculty: The faculty is very nice, and they treated me in the best way possible. I can say it was the best year of my life to become a part of this reputable college. Exams are also good, they have also focused on our studies and knowledge about everything and made us learn more.
Other: I love cooking, that's why I chose this course to be a chef, and I'm grateful to IICCM for this lovely experience with them. I've learned a lot.
