IICCM Pune is a good choice if you are serious about pursuing culinary arts
Placements: At IICCM, most students get internships around 80-90% in good hotel properties. Placement is claimed as 100% under certain conditions like attendance. Hotels like Marriott, Hilton, Radisson, etc. Mostly, they hire from here. Roles are mostly kitchen work.
Infrastructure: They have a good collection of books related to culinary arts. They also provide journals for students. They have a modern kitchen, equipment and they also have a separate kitchen for bakery, Indian, continental. Classrooms are well ventilated and equipped for theory. They have a game zone indoor recreation. There are separate hostel for boys and girls. It provides basic amenities like hot water, drinking water and Wi-Fi.
Faculty: At IICCM, faculty members are very helpful, supportive and kind. They are well qualified and have good experience in the industry. They teach both theory as well as practical. Students get chance to work in hotels through internship. There are monthly mock interviews, weekly project presentations to build confidence and soft skills. Exams neither too easy nor too hard.
Other: I am part of the IICCM institute Pune which is known for its professional training in hospitality and culinary arts. I chose this course as I have a strong interest in cooking and wanted to build a career in the food industry with the help of expert guidance. I would wholeheartedly recommend IICCM Pune to anyone who is serious about building a strong foundation in culinary arts. They also provides good quality education as well as knowledge on different cuisines.

I'm greatful for the skill, experience, knowledge and confidence I gained from IICCM.
Placements: The placement provided by the International Institute of Culinary Arts and Career Management (domestic and abroad) was highly satisfactory, with everyone being happy with the placement and package. The placement record is 100%. They provide placement in well-known companies in India and Dubai.
Infrastructure: International Institute of Culinary Arts and Career Management provides great facilities and infrastructure. They provide quality guidance and quality classes. They used to provide good and fresh ingredients for the practical. The faculty will guide you from the base to the top.
Faculty: The faculty is highly experienced, highly knowledgeable, and helpful, with great skill. The faculty trained us to be ready for the culinary world with a good push and a good vision towards the real culinary industry. The faculty trained us theoretically and practically both for good knowledge .
Other: Highly recommend joining IICCM if you are really passionate about culinary arts.

Overall a good experience.
Placements: Maximum students from our batch got placed in Dubai and other cities of the UAE. Placements were provided in 4- and 5-star hotels, like Anantara Downtown Dubai, NH Collection Dubai The Palm, and DAMAC Hills by Rotana. The roles offered in our course are related to the kitchen department.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is good, and it was recently renovated. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and the kitchen area where practicals take place is also well-maintained. There are many food options available near the college, as well as a mess.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, kind, and supportive. Their teaching methods are good, and they are well-qualified. The curriculum is well-designed and provides students with a lot of knowledge about the culinary field. The semester exams are not very tough.

College have very good staff and infrastructure. Placements were satisfactory.
Placements: Almost all students of my batch got placed in places like DWTC, Taj hotel, Leela Palace Jaipur, Novotel, Radisson Pune and Hayat. Apart from this, students who got international placements have minimum package of 25000.
Infrastructure: The institute has an indoor game room, which includes table tennis and chess. The library has almost all major book related to culinary world and current affair. The canteen is awesome and medical facilities was on demand.
Faculty: The teachers and other staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their guidance was very good and after doing this course everyone is ready to join the industry. The semester exam was normal and staff helped a lot for studies and throughout the practical.

The college offers a great placement with top quality kitchen tools and utensils.
Placements: About 50% of students are placed as of now, from our course. The top recruiting company for our course is the Dubai World Trade Center. As of now 50% are placed for internships and the rest are getting placements as well.

Infrastructure: The college facilities and infrastructure provide a top-quality kitchen that provides utensils and tools of the best quality. Every classroom is air-conditioned. The hostel provides a great room for each and every student with a common fridge and washing machines.
Faculty: The staff, teachers and chefs are qualified, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant and makes us industry-ready. The pass percentage is 100% with a medium difficult semester exams.

Very much satisfied with IICCM.
Placements: 80-100% of students get the internship but not pa lacement. The average package can be around 1LPA, depending on the property. Almost 80-90% of students get an internship in well-known 4-star and 5-star properties.
Infrastructure: The institute offers well-equipped spacious classrooms with proper facilities for practical as well as presentations and theory classes. It equally focuses on theories as well as practical which makes the students ready and confident for the industrial training and also for the future.
Faculty: Some chefs were well-experienced in their field and were able to deliver their knowledge very effectively, which makes the students industry-ready with proper depth in knowledge about the industry and the food culture, and different global cuisines.
Other: I choose this course because I am passionate about it. I feel like it'll be very much better if the college can host various events to uplift the students in their field and also for exposure making sure that the activities can impact upon the students in an effective way.
