Ishan Institute of Law offers direct admission to candidates based on their merit in the last qualifying exam in BA LLB and LLB programmes. Aspirants have to pass an entrance test conducted by CCSU for admission to LLM. Besides, candidates must also meet the eligibility requirements for admission. Once selected, aspirants need to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

Aspirants can fill and submit the form offline at the campus. Another way to fill out the application form is through university. Interested candidates may also fill the University form and opt for taking admission in the Ishan Institute of Law. Candidates filling out the form offline are required to submit hard copy of the documents. 

Ishan Institute of Law accepts Class 12 marks for admission to BA LLB programme. The selection for admission to BA LLB course is based on merit of the aspirants in the qualifying exam. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for final admission in the institute. 

Ishan Institute of Law accepts scores from the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for admission to its B.A. LL.B. program. Admission is based on merit and performance in this national-level entrance exam. The admissions to various courses have reservations criteria where 50 per cent of the seats are reserved for the state domicile students and the rest 50 per cent seats for the others.

The requirement of entrance exam depends on the course applied by the candidate. Ishan Institute of Law offers admission to BA LLB and LLB programmes based on the merit of the candidates. The institute accepts scores in entrance exam conducted by CCSU for LLM admission.

The infrastructure of the college that includes the big 6 buildings includes 1 building for Ayurved students, 2 buildings for Law students, 1 huge building for the Auditorium (for events) and 2 Buildings for the Ishan Hostels. Ishan College includes free Wi-Fi (for 30 minutes limit), Has many labs ( computer, Biology and also has a library in every students building.
