Average University with great moments .

Placements: The placement is not good as you have to do placement on your own. As much as you are good and achieve, don’t depend on the university for placement. The management is poor or you can say the worst management in the university. Just be focused do well and hustle.

Infrastructure: There is an individual library, and you can go to the library anytime. The quality of the mess food is also okay, but the fees for the mess are 44,000, and the hostel price is 45,000, which totals 89,000 for both the hostel and mess. Hostel is compulsory if you are deciding to stay in Gautam Buddha Nagar, but you can take an exemption.

Faculty: The exams are not very hard, but if you study one or two hours per day, you can easily clear the exams with good grades. If you look at the previous year, you can easily score passing marks in the exam. It is not very hard; just study and be focused. Don’t get distracted.

Other: The fest is organized only once a year by the university, and you can travel around the campus as it is very large, like 500 acres of land.

The true side of Gautam Buddha University.

Placements: There is a very low placement rate. In my course, hardly any people get placements. And those who get placements are also not offered the average amount of money. The placement cell is there, but still, very few companies come for placement. Sometimes some people get good placements, but not all.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really nice, but the problem is that it's not well maintained. The departments are well maintained, but the hostels are in very poor condition and need renovation. The condition of hostels is very bad. Walls share paint, water coolers don't work, and there are a lot of restrictions for only girls.

Faculty: The facility is really good. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They guide the students really well and are always ready to help them. The teaching skills of the faculty are commendable and pretty good. The course curriculum is also up to par.

Other: There are hardly any festivals organised. No artist is ever invited. The crowd is not good. The locals of the area and the owners of the college. They do whatever they want to, and no strict action is taken against them. A lot of restrictions are only on girls and not on boys, which is discrimination.

I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: Our college does not provide placements for the law department. Placements are good in other courses. Our college offers placements for students in various courses.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very huge. You have to travel 1.5 km to reach the hostel from college. We have a Sarovar situated in the middle of the departments. We have almost everything on campus like the shopping complex, a library, an auditorium, etc. Our campus is spread over 511 acres of land.

Faculty: Faculty members and teaching staff members of our college are highly qualified and trained. Exams are a little bit easy in our college compared to other colleges.

Other: Our college organises Shauryotsav, food festivals, and DJ nights. Our college organises moot court competitions to practice the laws on a practical basis.

Everything is good, except the fees.

Placements: I don't have any idea about placements since most of my college time has passed at home due to the pandemic. But I got to know through a few of my seniors that the final year students have got placed with the highest package of 3 LPA. The students engage in internships through personal sources as of now. However, our School of Law, justice and governance department is currently working upon establishing an efficient placement cell these days in order to ensure the students get placed at reliable places.

Infrastructure: Gautam Buddha University is famous for its 5-star infrastructure. Air-conditioned and spacious smart classrooms, personal library for law school, Sarovar area to relax, cafeteria (named Buddha Cafe), auditoriums, guest house, faculty club, convocation centre, meditation centre, Bhim Rao Ambedkar library for all departments, Eklavya sports complex (where world tournaments are also held), shopping complex, a dispensary with a general physician, nurse and physiotherapist, are available. Separate hostels are available for boys and girls with single rooms. Facilities like free LAN support, spacious common rooms, TV room (though finding the remote is like a treasure hunt), and gyms (in some girls' hostels, though available for all girls) are available in each hostel. There are some internal spaces for sports inside the hostels as well. Several mess facilities are available. The quality of food is far better than other messes, and it is still a controversial topic except on celebrations.

Faculty: Our professors are well-qualified PhD holders. They have wonderful patience and are supportive and understanding. The syllabus is updated on a yearly basis as per the recent requirements and developments in the legal arena. The exams are neither too easy nor too tough. It's just that if you attend each class with focus, you don't need to work hard a night before the exams, and you can still score 70 percentile. However, to reach the topper range, you need to enhance your answer writing skills.

Other: Joining the judiciary is my dream, to attain which I joined Law school of Gautam Buddha University. More frequent academic competitions may enhance positive competition among the students. Several events and fests are organised every academic year in the university, and the biggest of which is Abhivyanjana (the cultural fest with A-Z cultural programmes, talent competitions, and entertainment). There are several others like food fest, tech fest etc. Greenery adds up to the decorations of each fest. Meritorious students have been awarded 20,000 per year. Apart from that, students of UP belonging to minority communities may avail scholarships launched by the government of Uttar Pradesh. Everything is fine, but undue increase by the UP government in fee structure every year for new enrollments for no reason is really disappointing. Even the older students had to par unreasonable fee hikes for mess unreasonably. In fact last year, we paid the mess and hostel fees for the whole semester, but the university got closed due to the pandemic. We didn't get any refund for the facilities we never used. Instead. they opened the college for just 15 days and charged 17,500/- on the name of hostel and mess for the rest of the semester, which was again left unused.

This college is good regarding infrastructure but average for study. The environment is very cool.

Placements: Last year many students got placed, but I don't know the company details. The average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. I think 70% of the students got an internship in different companies according to their subject. Roles are not offered in our course. It is a good college for studies.

Infrastructure: Facilities of our college regarding hostel are excellent. Wi-Fi facilities are not given in the hostel, but LAN cable connection is given. Any students who want to get the connection they can get after registration. Food, mess and canteen are good. Overall, the infrastructure is good.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, and all are qualified from good colleges and university with a PhD degree. The course curriculum of the university is relevant, and it helps in the development of the students in the best way. Teaching quality of the university is also good.

Other: I have chosen this course because I always want to be a judge. Respect for this profession is the best thing about this course. Practicality in the study can improve this course.
