Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements every year & really good infrastructure

Placements: 75% of students were placed in my course. The average package offers in my course. Yes, many companies are recruiting for my course. 65-70%of students got internships from my course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of a college plays a vital role in the development of the college as the students are now focusing on the labs, classrooms, etc. while selecting a college. It is important that the colleges have very good infrastructure with advanced laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, etc.

Faculty: Yes, all the teachers explain very well. They are very helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. Students need to attain an aggregate of 33% marks out of 100 in both theory and practical exams to pass the examination. The passing marks of theory and practicals will not be added separately.

I am satisfied with campus atmosphere, various scopes to learn, proud to be an ICVPian.

Placements: Around 90% of students were placed to good companies. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary pacakge offered was 2 LPA. Jindal Steel and Power limited hired our college. Around 60% of students got internships. Engineer, junior engineer, etc., roles were provided by the top companies.

Infrastructure: All laboratories and workshops were available in the mechanical course like smithy, carpentry, welding, manufacturing, electrical, chemistry computer. Library was available with departmental books. Free Wi-Fi was available. Classrooms were with a student-friendly atmosphere. A free hostel was available, free Wi-Fi in hostels. The food quality was good. The medical team was available in the hostel to give emergency services. Annual sports organized with cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, and indoor games like chess, carrom.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, they gives friendly hospitality in any educational doubts. They all were highly educated with excellent technical knowledge. They had good knowledge-sharing abilities. The course structure was selected by the governing board. The syllabus was relevant enough to make a student eligible and comfortable in the industry. I attend classes, there was less difficulty in exams. The pass percentage was 40%.

Other: There was the most opportunity in career if students study with mechanical engineering. Laboratory syllabus should be practical as compared to industries to make a student comfortable in job life. Viswakarma Puja, Saraswati Puja, independence day, annual fest, freshers welcome and farewell, etc., were celebrated with joy. The campus was fully surrounded by students, a very eco-friendly campus. Scholarships had been given to the top 5 students by college authority in every annual year, economically backward students also get scholarships. Sports were the only opportunity to prove students' extracurricular activities.
