J.K. College Experience: An honest review!

Placements: Placement is quite average in my college. If any students have maintained good score in their academic course, then the chance of getting placed is quite higher. There are many ex-students who got placed in different companies or in government sector with a good salary.

Infrastructure: My college has good facilities including labs, library and playground. The hostel is extremely good and provides high quality meals. The college provides fantastic placements with impressive packages. The college is also well maintained and clean including a gymnastics class for students.

Faculty: In the Mathematics department, the faculty is highly knowledgeable and enthusiast who encourages us to grow in our career. Semester exams are moderate to hard in nature and required passing percentage is 40%. Our course curriculum basically helps us to get the opportunity of higher studies.

Other: I chose this course to learn more about my favorite subject Mathematics. I could suggest improving the class timing of my college. The college also provide the opportunity to join events like freshers, farewell, seminars etc.

It is a beautiful college with good facilities.

Placements: Our college does not directly help us to get placements. Most of us continue our higher studies and pursue M.Sc. After that, we could be a professor. Some students join B.Ed degree and become a teacher in a government school. Other students start preparing for government jobs. So, we have to get jobs on our own.

Infrastructure: There are good quality labs, and classrooms also have good facilities. There are projectors and all kinds of lab instruments. The library is completely equipped with relevant books, but hostel facilities are very poor. The quality of food served is very bad, and the environment is not hygienic.

Faculty: Teachers here are qualified and helpful to some specific students but not to all students. Their teaching quality is good, but they don't use projectors. If students want to become a mathematician or a teacher, then this course is relevant enough. The semester exams are not much difficult for me. The pass percentage is 35%.

Other: The hostel facilities should be better, and we need more teachers.

The college is good but the faculty is not that great, the opportunities are lesser.

Placements: The campus is great, but not the placement opportunities. However, you get a decent amount of knowledge through the faculty; the place is good as well. If I talk about my course, the faculty is good, and the syllabus ending time is good as well. From my point of view, I am not going to recommend this college to other students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, not perfect. The mess food is awful, and the sports system isn't great either. Talking about the hostel, it's broken, and the infrastructure is not that great. If you want to stay in the hostel, you have to compromise on many things, like quality food, quality drinking, and bathing water. It’s properly in the city, so you won't regret it for that, but as I said before, the infrastructure of the hostel and the quality of food are not that great.

Faculty: Teachers are not great, but not bad either. Teachers are well-behaved. The semester exams are easy. The level of security in the exam halls is not even hard. They will allow you to cheat in the exam if you want. Mostly, they sleep or use phones in the exam hall. I'm talking about the teachers, by the way. The course completion time is approximately 4 years, and the price is low.
