As per the official record, over 70 inbound and 113 outbound recruiters participated during JAGSOM placements 2024. Earlier, a total of 100 companies visited the Jagdish Sheth School of Management campus during 2023 placements. In 2024, the JAGSoM has released the cutoff for PGDM, PGDM in Finance and PGDM in Marketing programs for the open category. Considering the JAGSoM MBA cutoff 2024, the needed percentile to get into PGDM course is 75 for CAT, 70 for CMAT, 75 for MAT, and 70 for XAT. Jagdish Sheth School of Management or as popularly known as JAGSoM offers PGDM/Master of Business Administration through various National-level exams including CMAT. Candidates aspiring for JAGSoM must have a valid score in either of CMAT for further admission process. As per JAGSoM cutoff for previous years, the minimum cutoff in CMAT is 85 Percentile for the General category All India students. If considering the aforementioned cutoff, then it is possible to get call at 85 Percentile in CMAT for JAGSoM. 

Jagdish Sheth School of Management has a wide array of faculty, maximum faculty members are PhD holders in relevant fields. The remaining faculty is highly qualified and has expertise in respective courses and fields.

At the PG level, the Jagdish Sheth School of Management offers two-year residential PGDM in four specialisations and also offers PGDM Executive courses to students. These courses are offered to regular and working professionals under full-time as well as part-time modes. Also the institute offers PGDM with international collaboration. 

Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM) offers two-year PGDM courses in various specialisations in the stream of Management. The institute also provides international PGDM courses in collaboration with multiple international universities. Further, the placement cell of JAGSoM has also witnessed good placements records in both Domestics and International areas. The highest domestic package was stood at INR 43 lakh, while the Average package recorded at INR 17.2 lakh. There is a total of 3 students who received international offers with a package of INR 85 LPA.

For admission to PGDM course at JAGSoM, candidates are required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Those who pass a UG degree with 50% aggregate in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. Further, eligible candidates can apply for JAGMAT entrance exam. Those who secure well in the exam will be called for other selection rounds. 

MAT is conducted multiple times a year. Most of the MBA entrance exams in India are conducted annually. MAT is the only exam that is conducted multiple times in four phases and multiple exam modes. To make it possible for every MBA aspirant to appear for an entrance exam, AIMA designed MAT, which can be taken by candidates from an exam center as well as at home. The exam is held in February, May, September, and December, which allows candidates to prepare and plan for it as well as for MBA admission. In each of these four months, the MAT is conducted in CBT, PBT, and IBT modes. Candidates can choose a date and a mode of exam based on their preparation and convenience. Registrations for each MAT exam phase start a month earlier. Candidates can also take re-tests in the same academic session if they are not happy with their scores.

JAGSoM offers a PG-level PGDM (General) course for a duration of two years. At JAGSoM, students get an option to study PGDM courses in combination with a major in Marketing, Finance, HRM, Analytics & Digital Business. This flexibility is given to students who want to pursue a career in General Management. Apart from this, the institute offers PGDM courses across three other specialisations. These are Marketing, Finance and Analytics & Digital Business.

The ASP across programs comprises the following steps,  except that the PGDM General applicants are not required to appear for JAGMAT:

1: JAGMAT and/or Psychometric Test: JAGMAT

2: Candidates must register for ASP on JAGSoM's official website.

3: An interview round will be conducted by a faculty member. The duration of the interview is approximately 15-30 minutes per candidate.

Based on performance, candidates may receive a provisional admission offer, which requires payment of a registration fee to secure their spot.

Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM) grants merit-based scholarships in tuition fees for full-time postgraduate courses. The scholarship is purely based on the student's performance in the necessary exam.
