Both are good but if I have to specify one particular university than I would recommend you LPU. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognised and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities. Before searching for any University, you should compare universities on various parameters like academics, Industrial exposure, placements, infrastructure, On-Campus Facilities & Amenities, Student Activities etc. So, choose the programme and the University to join very wisely. As I have done master from LPU I had a great experience over there and my cousin did his B.Tech CSE. There are lot of opportunity for CSE students in LPU, few are mentioned below:
Excellent placement facility:
LPU has good placement record for CSE students. Every year more 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. Few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe etc. In which are placed. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available in the campus itself, a student do not need to go outside for anything. In the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and student, shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 3 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM etc. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims and top ranked universities all over world. I don't know much about Jecrc, Poornima University, However, I can share the details of LPU. Mittal School of Business is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation, Mittal School of Business ranked among the top 40 Management institutions in India, as per NIRF ranking 2021. The curriculum is made keeping in mind the current market trends. The placements are 100%, and students have special placement-oriented classes that serve as a booster for students to clear the exam and interview. Companies like Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, Adani Wilmar, Altruist, Al-Rakha, Dharam Consultancy selected LPU students for International locations. The highest package availed is 21 LPA. More than 650 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average of 5-12 LPA packages and the highest package was 21LPA. Every year visiting companies escalate in number and to date University has recorded the highest placements in North India.

Coming to the B.Tech in CSE programme, being alumni of LPU, I would recommend LPU for the same as my friend did his B.Tech in CSE from LPU and got placed in an MNC. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. The campus atmosphere is quite cool in Jecrc and the restrictions are limited. You can discuss things with higher authorizes easily too. But I cannot say much for its placements. best would be to browse its website and check the placement details like the companies which have recruited its students is always given on the website of a college like LPU website has published the details of the companies and recruited students and is known for its Best Placements.
