After all, I think I chose a good college.
Placements: 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest package offered is 5 LPA. Many recruiting companies came here for placements, like Wipro, Techno etc.
30% of students got internships from many companies.
Infrastructure: In our college, there is a huge library. A suitable Wi-Fi network is available so that we use it while working in the computer laboratory. From the library, we can take any book of any author by using the library card. These books help us very much. The classrooms are very clean and large in size so that every student can sit comfortably. There are CCTV cameras in the classrooms. The hostel rooms are in good condition. 3-times food is provided. Medical facilities are available 24*7. The college has a canteen, where we can buy various food items at very low prices, and the quality is really good. We can play football, cricket, etc., here, and all types of games are provided to students.
Faculty: I chose this course because I want to work in the IT sector. I think the remedial subjects are not needed. We can directly do the main subjects, which will help us. There are many events organised by our college like freshers party, fest etc. Various scholarships are provided to students so that they can carry on with their studies easily. Our campus is huge. Tree plantation and other social works are done by students.
Other: All the faculty members are very well-educated and helpful. They are very friendly. They give us a lot of knowledge so that we can study properly. The teaching quality is very good. Our teachers make us ready for the industry through various practical works, with which we can easily work in the industry without facing any problem. Semester exams are conducted by the university, and they are moderate. The passing percentage in semester exams is 35%.

Jamini Roy College is a good college.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. There are many recruiting companies visiting the campus for placements like Wipro, Techno, etc. Almost 30% of students got internships from many companies.
Infrastructure: In our college, there is a huge library and suitable Wi-Fi network so that we can try it while working in the computer laboratory. From the library, we can take any book of any writer by using the library card. These books help us very much. Classrooms are very clean and huge so that every student can sit properly.
