Different side of Jawaharlal Nehru Government Engineering College.

Placements: There are very low placements and the students who are placed only belong to textile engineering. There are no other placements at any other branch. Even if there, they are very small not many companies come to our college only textile engineering.

Welcome to Jawaharlal Nehru Government College.

Placements: There are 76 students in our Civil Engineering course. Talking about placements, I don't have much expectation. Only the Textile course here can offer a placement with the highest package of 18 LPA and an average LPA of around 1 LPA. There are training programs also in the final year.

My college is JNGEC Sundernagar.

Placements: Only textile students have placement options. Other courses do get placed but with very low packages. For textile students, the highest package is 12 LPA, whereas for others, the highest package is only up to 5 LPA. It depends on your presentation skills.

Not satisfied with infrastructure and college life.

Placements: CSE (AI and ML) in this college started recently in 2022, that's why they do not have any record till now for placements. The first batch of this course is in 3rd year now, maybe next year we can get some information about placements in the CSE branch. Whereas other branches placements are average and mostly the textile branch has the highest package till now. Companies like TCS visit mostly.

Jawaharlal Nehru Government engineering College review.

Placements: Almost 100% of students got placements on our college campus. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The average salary package offered is 9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Around 80-90% of students got internships at IIT Mandi and other companies. Students got good knowledge.

Genuine review of JNGEC.

Placements: The placement of the college is very poor; not everyone gets placed here, with only one or two people securing jobs. This college also does not have a placement department. The highest package from this college is 10 LPA, while the lowest is 3 LPA.

A 75 percentile in JEE Main can be enough to get you into JNGEC (Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College), particularly if you fall into one of the reserved categories or if your category's cutoff is lower. Cutoff percentiles, however, are subject to change in response to both the quantity of appl
