Yes. JIMS does provide company specific training programs for their students. The institute invites the alumni and provide extensive training programs to the students. Eg: Deloitte, MRF, Amazon, JK paper etc.
Regular training sessions and various pre placement activities are organized by the institute for continuous preparation of the students for the final placements. Various industry experts and alumni are invited for conduct these sessions. We also conduct Aptitude classes, Mock GD and PIs which prepares a student for the final placements and we also conduct company specific training for the students in which we invite alumni for the interaction. We start our placement preparation from Trimester -1 itself by teaching them various subjects like Personality development program, business communication, power dressing etc.

The placement is quite good in this collage but if you do MBA after BBA. As to look upon MBA placements the highest package went upto 22 LPA and average package went upto 8.10 LPA. McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Dabur, Deloitte, Nestle, KPMG, Accenture were amongst the top companies visiting the campus. A
