Balance of academics and fun at Jyoti Nivas College.
Placements: I am from BBA my batch, and there are two classes for BBA. There are around 40 students. The average package is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA, and the highest is 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Companies that come for recruitment are Deloitte, Wipro, Accenture, and Infosys. Some students apply for jobs while others do a Master's after that, but around 60-70% get placement from college. The roles depend on your course and company, it could be HR, marketing intern, or anything.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is fine, not very bad. The college doesn't have Wi-Fi, it's only in computer lab I guess. Classrooms are okay, not very fancy. They have projectors in all classes. Library is nice, you will get all kinds of books over there, and you can also borrow books for a few days. The hostel is not that great. Food served is bad and most of them got good poisoning. It is not very clean also. Canteen is fine, not that great.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified. Some teachers have good quality teaching. The course is fine, and not that much practical knowledge. It does not give much industrial exposure. Exams are quite easy. The difficulty level of exams is moderate. The passing marks are 21 out of 60 marks in the final paper.
Other: It's an easy course. If you have commerce in your 11th and 12th it will be quite easy for you. The campus can improve attendance and placement. The campus has a lot of extracurricular activities, and it is quite fun and enjoyable.

I am satisfied with the faculty we have, teachers, and the principal, all of whom look into our futu
Placements: I am studying B.Com in logistics and supply chain management. It has a high scope in my future, and in my batch, there are 30 of us. Almost everyone got internships. It's a very useful course to go into the field of logistics and supply chain management.
Infrastructure: We have good infrastructure for our course. We have a library for us to spend time in reading books and reviewing the research papers. We have a good canteen where we get all the types of food we need. We even have an Xerox shop, which will help with our assignments.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, kind and knowledgeable. The way teachers teach is a good way, and it also helps clear out doubts. They even help in our co-curricular activities and help us organise different types of festivals. The semester exam is a little tough, but it is good with the *** of our teachers.
Other: I chose this course because it leads to my career path. Our college surroundings are good. We even have many festivals and events happening every year.

Review of Jyoti Nivas College.
Placements: There are campus placement sessions where the most reputed companies come for recruitment. Students can also pursue content writing and editing. It also includes media jobs or mass communication-related jobs. News media and digital marketing companies offer jobs to students of English. Companies such as Paytm, IBM, and freelancers are called to recruit students. A large number of students are selected. Many new companies are starting to visit the college. The average package is around 2-4 lakhs. You will regularly get various internship programs almost every month.
Infrastructure: It is an autonomous university. The syllabus and corrections are handled in-house. The teaching staff is good, with a balanced co-curricular program. The course structure is well designed to benefit all students. Mid-week assessments are a regular method teachers use to evaluate students. The college has a girls' hostel that is well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The food provided has a variety on the menu every day for hostel girls. There is proper monitoring of health and hygiene, along with secure arrangements for the hostel girls.
Faculty: The college has a good, strong faculty. The correction system for the examination is good. We had good project guides for our project papers and assignments. Our departments had a lot of lecturers who were very helpful in every way possible. Notes were provided, study guides and materials, and a good library facility. The exam structure is the same as others. 25% of the internal assessment plus 75% of the written exam. The internals take place throughout the semester. Each year has two semesters, followed by semester exams at the end. A cumulative result is then obtained by adding the weightage.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2021

Well known institution and not fulfilling the standards in this era
Placements: The approachability of various companies on campus for on-campus recruitment was restricted to only the companies with a package greater than three or above LPAs. This reduces the complexity in the count by lowering the placement records. Only 32 to 40 percent of companies arrived for our department, which was most disappointing.
Infrastructure: The college was ranked in a good position. They had received a lot of appraisals and trophies from various college events. Access to sources like Wi-Fi facilities and others is limited to students. The libraries are not maintained properly, and it was difficult to find required books immediately due to the lack of maintenance.
Faculty: Teachers were highly disappointed that they simply obey the order made by the departmental authorities. Teachers manifest negative thoughts into the students and make them believe it undoubtedly. This trend had led to an increase in scoring lower marks in main examinations.

Fantastic facilities and teaching staff.
Placements: There is quite a lot in my course, mostly for UPSC exams. The course offers a lot of placements, but since many are doing UPSC exams, not many take up the placements. Archeology and NGOs visit our college. The two main roles offered for my course are teachers and entrepreneurs.
Infrastructure: The library has everything you need for my courses, and the departments also have good books to offer. Classrooms can be a little bit organised. Hostels and canteens are not that great as they lack space.
Faculty: The teachers are the best, they are so helpful and understanding. They are very friendly and loving. They teach us beyond the courses, along with the values of life. They don't get tired of teaching us if we lack understanding. The exams could be pretty hard, although.
Other: Best campus life, the vibe and ambience are everything one needs.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) - Batch of 2024

The happiest environment to study.
Placements: We did not require any help from the placement team for finding out internships because it was a busy city with enormous opportunities, and looking for candidates to work with them. Yet, colleges find a lot of impressive companies with the best package results like average package above 5 LPA to 8 LPA only.
Infrastructure: It was a private institution that was established more than 50 years ago, still looks like a new one with frequent renovations carried out. Our college offered post-graduate and undergraduate courses in various specialisations like humanities, arts, and science.
Faculty: Professors were highly exposed to the industrial sectors which should be useful for the students to grow and connect with industrial people and their updated technologies. Professors were the incharge of academic results, so they evaluated the papers more liberally to make them on the safe side.
