We had to struggle a lot to obtain even an internship that would be useful to us in our particular field.

Review of Jyoti Nivas College.
Placements: Companies in various sectors offer opportunities for internships at organizations like NCDEX, Johnson & Johnson, ONGC, BHEL, and Philips. It is a great achievement that all students in the first batch of the college secured decent placements. Some of the companies that participated in the placement process were TCS (range of 8-11 lakhs), Philips (15-18 lakhs), RINL (7-8 lakhs), and Housing.com (15-18 lakhs), among other well-known firms. Some students were also recruited by startups with decent packages. The previous batch was placed in reputed companies such as Amazon, Dell, Accenture, Google, and HCL.
Infrastructure: There are hostel facilities on the campus itself. The hostel accommodations are good (but not great) and reasonably priced. The food provided in the hostel is excellent. A new canteen has recently been built, which offers everything we need. Stationery, toiletries, etc., are also available in the small shops within the canteen. There are two semesters per year, with 6 core subjects and one additional subject focused on behavior development and communication skills. Currently, only three electives are available: finance, marketing, and accounting.
Faculty: The faculty of my college I would say, In the entire journey of my learning JNC faculty is the best because the lecturers and professors are professional in teaching they never neglect any of the topics and they make sure that every student understands the topic so that they can proceed further. They never were rude if any of us asked the same topics over again and again. There are normal tests, then sem exams, and finally semester exams.

My review about this college.
Placements: Internships are provided in the 2nd year of the course during the holidays. There are good placement opportunities depending on the opportunities provided by the companies and on the requirements with the regular 3-4 rounds of interviews by companies. But make sure you have maintained good aggregate, and no backlogs will give you a lot of opportunities. Huge companies always have an eye on JnC so it is a good platform for those who are seriously concerned about their careers. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA this year. The least being 1.5 LPA. To conclude, the placements are not as expected here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, while the complete concentration is on learning. But the syllabus was old. Now being updated with good labs and infrastructure as required. Hostels and mess are great with good warden. All the students feel very comfortable and secure in the JNC hostel. It is hassle-free and there is no trouble to go out for enjoyment. Even all the required stalls can be found just outside the gate. It is more interesting to stay in hostels and it also gives you the best time with friends.
Faculty: As said before, the faculty is amazingly good. They are very polite, very friendly, and helpful. They are always there for us to help out, especially during the project work. The faculty here in this college is all professional and are very well educated. We have something called Class Tests, Mid Semester, and then comes Final Semester. It's all one after the other. As soon as your college starts, we have class tests within a month, then presentations begin, and then Mid Semester commences and projects or assignments, and then finally End Semester. It is never tough to learn and get good placements as well. There are friendly people. Interactive sessions are interesting.

Absolutely satisfied with the teaching.
Placements: Only 2 people were placed, with the highest package being 20k and the lowest 10k. Among 3% got placements, all types of roles have been offered in our college suitable for what we choose. Accenture was also one of the recruiting companies for our course, and we have different placements and opportunities.
Infrastructure: It is too strict, too dirty, and too congested. The library is very big, and there are a lot of books available. The labs need to be renovated, but the canteen has been renovated this year and is very good, both in terms of ambiance and food. We have a clinic for all the medical facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Only the odd semesters are very hard, with a pass percentage of 40. The courses this college provides are very helpful for our PG. Teachers make sure you are prepared for everything. I would like to talk more about the teachers because they are really good.

I have given information about studies, faculty, campus, placement offers, and extra activities.
Placements: Above 75% of students are placed in my stream. The highest is Rs.50,000, and the lowest is Rs.20,000. Wipro and Intel are highly rated companies in our college. Around 70% of students can get internships. As I am studying in the first year, I don't yet know the companies in our college for internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is absolutely amazing in our college. There is very good interior design, and very good environment with a lot of trees around the campus. The canteen is like a 5-star hotel where we can get everything. Labs are everything good, and a lot of opportunities in sports. There is a medical room in case of injuries happen. Totally, it is a very amazing infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty is very friendly, and we can approach teachers anytime for any doubts. Faculty is ready to clear our doubts. Our course curriculum is very much relevant. The semester exams are pretty tough, but studying makes a difference, and we can score 75% without any backlogs.
Other: Choosing this course is a very good thing I have done. We learn more about the subjects in B.Sc. Events in our college are absolutely stunning. I really love the fests and campus crowd, and students from other colleges also participate. It's a very good experience.

JNC - Let your light shine.
Placements: Almost 70% of students get placed in this course. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. Wipro and IBM are top recruiting companies. Almost 80% of students got internships from the college. There are many roles offered at this college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library are highly equipped. The food, mess and canteen are very clean and well-maintained around the campus. It is helpful for students' health. The library is well-equipped to sit with friends and discuss the subjects.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and explain everything in a way that the student understands well. They explain whenever we ask. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Exams are moderately difficult in the college.
Other: I chose this course for the communication I learnt. I am from Andhra Pradesh, but I joined this college in Karnataka for my career. It is helpful. There are many fests, events, connectivity, and extracurricular activities compared to other colleges which are fun.

The faculty and surroundings are nice.
Placements: According to seniors, students have very high chances of getting good placements at good places. Students get good jobs in good centers. They provide internships. Students can join this college through the management quota and ST certificate. The fee is not very expensive. It is affordable.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are huge. The atmosphere of the college is very peaceful and chill. They have medical facilities. Students get a variety of food in the cafeteria. They have shops to buy accessories, food, pens, notebooks, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They are very caring and loving. They treat us well and never leave an opportunity to explain something new to us. They try their best. They help us with everything. Even a counsellor is provided to help and figure out our problems.
