Review of Kakinada Institute of Technology and Science, Tirupati.

Placements: Very good college placements are there for everyone. The college is very big and staff members provide a friendly atmosphere. The lowest package is 1.5 LPA and the highest package is 2 LPA. The top companies are HCL and TCS. The internship is not available in our college, so zero percent. The top role is a software engineer and executive.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure: Facilities are very good. There is a separate library for hostel students. The ground mess is very good; we can play sports as there is a good ground. The quality of food served is very good and East Godavari special items were available, which were totally good.

Faculty: The college has good faculty members but no placements are provided. Placement: there are some which offer a salary of Rs. 10,000 per month, and those companies are not related to agriculture. There is a separate staff for the placements department. Customer service.

Our college is not good for placements, teachers, and atmosphere.

Placements: Placements and salary packages are not offered in our college. Recruiting companies do not visit our campus. Some students show their interest in internships individually.

Infrastructure: In our college, Wi-Fi and labs are not good for doing experiments. The mess and canteen are only for the girls' hostel. Sports and games are not available. There is no playground. It's not fair to expect more comfortable equipment.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. There are no curriculum activities. Exams are very difficult. The pass percentage is not good. Teachers have good teaching skills and are mostly qualified teachers. Few teachers completed their Ph.D.s.

Other: I have a passion for this course. Students are trained well. We have well-equipped labs for learning.

I am dissatisfied with this college.

Placements: Below 45% students got placed in my course. The highest package is about 4.5 LPA. The lowest package is about 2.5 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company.

Infrastructure: There are a very few facilities in the college. Hostel facility for both boys and girls is there. There is no free Wi-Fi even in the library. Classrooms are well-maintained and good. Labs are not up to the mark. As a Computer Science and engineering student I used to use computer for practicing coding but sometimes in the middle of the code, the computer stops working. My rating for the library is average. The place is peaceful but it requires more books related to academics and practicing codes.

Faculty: The way of teaching is below average. They teach what they want to teach. Their time management is also not good. They did not care about the timings. However, some teachers have good skills.

There is no much good facilities and there are inexperienced faculty members in our college.

Placements: About 19% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA and 2 LPA is the lowest salary package offered in our course. Mahindra is a top recruiting company. About 10% of students got internships in our course in Intel, Dell, and also many normal companies.

Infrastructure: In our course, there are Wi-Fi facilities, good labs, good classrooms, and a good library. There are some good facilities available in our hostel like good tasty food. The taste and quality are good. The medical facilities are not very good. There are no sports and games.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are not much experienced and qualified but some are qualified and knowledgeable. This course is relevant and the students are ready. The semester exams will be held strictly and the pass percentage is 60% in every academic year.

Other: I chose this course because this course has good career options nowadays.

Our college makes your life hopeless if you only depend on college.

Placements: Our college provides very minimal placements, in which only some of them get placed in small companies. The salary package offered to us is also very low when compared to what other colleges are providing. For agriculture students, this college does not offer any placements.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good classrooms, research, a library, computer labs, a canteen, a solar power system, a seminar room, and a staff room. The food in our college and hostel is average. There is no Wi-Fi facility in the hostel. There is no medical facility in our college. We have very little sports ground space.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful once upon a time. Nowadays, colleges don't provide good staff, so students are also not concentrating more on their studies. The course structure is very good, but it does not meet the industry's ready qualifications so students are not getting jobs after graduation.

I am very happy with my studies at this college.

Placements: In our college, over 135 members got placements. The salary package is up to 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Accenture, Cogniizant, etc. About 95% of students got placements in our college. The top roles offered are agriculture officer, so, agriculture scientist, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of our college are good and clean. The food is delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. We feel like it is home. There are no words to describe the labs and classrooms. The library gave us a lot of knowledge.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Their teaching is extraordinary. Even if a single doubt remains, they can explain it. They share all their knowledge with us. Seminars and exams are conducted very strictly.

Other: Events and fests are very natural and make more memories for us. They leave us a moment to steal our hearts.

Kakinada Institute of Technology and Science, Tirupati has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to, from a recognised Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible. Candidates who have appeared in Diploma in Engineering and who are awaiting their results can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. Candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023). There is no upper age limit.
After 10th Diploma	Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination (Class 10th) conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS. such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates belonging to NIOS/APOSS/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in April/ May-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared can also apply. There is no age restriction.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate must have passsed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
