Our college has poor placement and needs major improvements.
Placements: Placement opportunities at our college are extremely disappointing. No companies visit the campus, and the ones that do offer limited roles or low salary packages. Students have to depend on off-campus placements despite paying high fee.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is below expectations. The rooms require better maintenance. Cleanliness is not consistent, and several facilities need improvement. Common areas, washrooms, and drinking water facilities should be maintained more regularly.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. The course curriculum should be updated to meet industry needs.
Other: The college should provide practical learning and hands-on projects. Internships and skill-based training should be included for improvement.

This is the best college for joining and getting a job opportunity.
Placements: Minimum 60 percent of students were placed, and they are now in different positions in their careers. About salary details, the lowest package was approximately Rs. 25,000, and the highest was Rs. 60,000, which depends on your position in the company that you have joined.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure facilities were better, and lab facilities were also outstanding. Hostels were looking clean and worth studying and living in. Overall, they were all good.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful. They guided all possible details of what you want. They were also standing like a torch barrier. The course curriculum was relevant to your career. It also helped to make a career and find a better way of living. I didn't feel any difficulty in my exams. There were different types of courses available in this college, like MBA, MCA, B.Tech, and M.Tech, etc.
Other: Choosing the course in this college is very helpful to you for further job requirements.

The affordable college for the locals of Berhampur for a general degree.
Placements: Roughly 30 to 40% students got the placement in the CSE/IT branch. The mechanical students' placement here was not so good. There was not a very good number for the package. The highest package here was just near 5 LPA, and the average was 2 to 3 LPA. Companies like Royal Enfield, Mando, etc., come to recruit.
Infrastructure: The boys' hostel was inside the campus, whereas the girls' hostel was in the town. Each room of the boys' hostel contains a minimum of 4 to 5 students. There was no wi-fi system available, and the classrooms were just normal, nothing new. The canteen food quality was just average, not so good. Students mostly complained about the hygiene.
Faculty: The teachers were okay, but not so experienced. The curriculum was not so relevant, most of the topics were outdated. The teaching quality of teachers was hit or miss. The semester exams were quite easy, and most of the questions came from the teacher's notes. The pass percentage was above 85% in the campus.
Other: There were no extracurricular activities here, and the campus was also not so big, but it is cheaper than the BBSR colleges.

No, there is no placement.
Placements: If you come to our college for placement, then you will not get it. This college placement cell is not working properly. They do not invited company, and they will not support getting the placement, and you also not get an internship opportunity, nor get ace at this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average, but it does not get smart classroom, and Wi-Fi and smart board are not good. The instruments are also not available in the college, and the furniture is also an old model. The development is low, and the quality of the infrastructure hostel room is average.
Faculty: Exams can be conducted smoothly. The teachers are good in this college, they will provide proper knowledge about how to develop your career they will guide. Office stamps are not good, the process of work is slow, and they do not solve your query or provide help.
Other: I chose this college for its good teaching staff and to get a certificate.

Good faculty members, placements, and infrastructure.
Placements: I was a passout student of this college. I am very happy with our college. There is a placement cell at this college. Average students get placed in different companies like TCS, Wipro, and other companies. College also offers internships in different areas.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in this college are very good. There are many classrooms which is sufficient for the students. Wi-Fi and labs are available in sufficient numbers for the students. Wi-Fi connection is also good. Mess condition is good, and food is hygienic.
Faculty: Here I can say that teachers are helpful but not so much qualified. But I am satisfied with the teaching because the teaching behaviour is good for the students. The course curriculum is relevant for the students to make them industry-ready. There is no difficulty in passing the semester exams.
Other: I wish the infrastructure could be more better. The placement should have a greater package.

Decent infrastructure, supportive faculty members, but placements need improvement.
Placements: Around 40% of students got placed. The highest package is about 5 LPA, the lowest is about 3 LPA, and the average is about 4 LPA. Recruiters include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, and Flipkart. About 50%-70% of students got internships in core and IT firms. The roles offered are developer and graduate engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: KIT Berhampur provides good infrastructure with a Wi-Fi-enabled campus, spacious classrooms, updated labs, a central library with journals, and seminar halls. Hostels have basic facilities, though the food in the mess and canteen is average. Medical care is available. Sports grounds and indoor games are provided.
Faculty: Most teachers are qualified and supportive, with decent subject knowledge, though teaching quality varies. The curriculum follows BPUT guidelines, covering fundamentals but needing more industry exposure. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with preparation, most students pass. The pass percentage usually stays above 70%-80%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in engineering and its career scope. The best parts are the practical labs, supportive faculty members, and technical learning. Improvements are needed in placements and industry tie-ups. The college hosts cultural/technical fests, has a decent campus crowd, good connectivity, scholarships, and sports/extracurricular activities.
